Paul was very helpful and was able to handle the problem we had with are back tire. He informed us with what they found and replaced both back tires (for safety reasons). Needed a replacement windshield in my 2018 Odyssey. In addition to an oil change, I purchased new tires at 85,000 miles. As usual, the service extended by Paul & the Honda team was excellent, except that the machine to perform alignment broke prior to my 85,000 miles. I've only dealt with Prescott Honda's service department for my 2011 Honda Accord EX. I was very disappointed when Dave Hartman was no longer my adviser.
