Prescott Honda - Service Center

I needed a new battery for my 2012 Civic on Friday afternoon. I initially considered a “big box” national retail chain but also checked with Carlos at Prescott Honda. Carlos told me to bring it in right away and they would get to it that afternoon. Upon arrival Anthony walked up to my car took my info and had me processed in minutes. An hour later and my battery problem was solved. Prescott Honda got me in quicker, installed a battery with a better warranty, and all for the same price as the “big box” store. Prescott Honda has been servicing my car since I moved to Prescott 2 years ago and their service department has been exemplary from day one. Their pricing seems very fair. They are an asset to our community. More

I purchased a certified vehicle and have had it serviced twice so far. So far just excellent. Once a wrong part was ordered but was reordered and repaired the same day. That is commendable.
