Maddie was the best! I am a previous customer of Tempe Acura and they always took good care of my cars. Since then I have moved to Prescott and was sad to see that th I am a previous customer of Tempe Acura and they always took good care of my cars. Since then I have moved to Prescott and was sad to see that there were no (specific) Acura dealers close by. Looking into the online reviews of Prescott Honda scared me, along with the opinions from two neighbors that I asked. I do quite allot of maintenance on my cars, so I dragged out getting service at Prescott Honda as long as I could. There was a scheduling goof in being able to wait while my vehicle was being worked on verses a pickup at a later date. I had to reschedule, at which time Maddie was assigned to my case. She was professional, efficient, and apologetic for things completely out of her control. I left my car overnight slightly more trustworthy of the process. The next day all the maintenance was completed competently and notes shared. Maddie definitely broke the chain of poor word of mouth in advertising and I am now comforted to be a new customer. No wonder that the same people who own Tempe Acura also now have Prescott Honda. More

I brought my 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid in for recall work. They got the job done in less time than estimated which made my day! My experience yesterday was excellent. Everyone I interacted with directly or indirectly did an excellent job; and I am very pleased with the experience. I'm especially happy that, after trying to get a part to repair a safety recall over four conversations with the service department since early October, a part was finally allocated to my car and the repair was completed. I was slightly puzzled about one thing. It looked like there were two, or three, possibly four service people who could interact with customers to arrange service. I arrived two minutes before my appointment. There was nobody in line in front of me, and I waited maybe six or seven minutes before someone talked to me at all. This service agent sent me to another desk where second person talked to me (Juan) after a few minutes he went to get Garret. It was another three or four minutes before Garret arrived. Garret did a stellar job and it was worth the wait; but I wonder if this process could be streamlined a bit to reduce waiting time given an empty queue. More

I can not say enough about Prescott Honda and the Sales and Service Departments because they are a 10 out of 10. When you bring your Car or Truck in for service there is no question that it's going to be and Service Departments because they are a 10 out of 10.
