I came for an express service and paint protection. Since I was to wait at the dealership, I was disappointed that the express service could take 1.5 hours and the paint protection up to 2 hours. After confirming that my car uses synthetic oil good for up to 10K miles, I decided to defer the express service and get the paint protection (PP) only.
