The car was being pulled up front as I was dropped off. The staff knew who I was when I walked in. The service advisor Noble was very friendly and helpful. The cashier was very nice and friendly (usually the cashiers at dealerships are not so much!). It was a very unusual experience to see such a helpful and friendly staff at Prescott Honda. I have been to many dealerships and this was a first! Nice job of customer service by the entire staff. The manager is doing something right! More

Personable, Non-Pushy Salesman Charles Higgins did a fantastic job working with my mother on her selection and purchase of a new car. I was there strictly for moral support, and did Charles Higgins did a fantastic job working with my mother on her selection and purchase of a new car. I was there strictly for moral support, and did very little. He recognized she was not interested in tech specifications or "salesman jargon". Instead he was very personable and able to recognize what she needed from a vehicle and explained how the chosen vehicle would fit her needs. He was also extremely patient with explaining features, how to set up the navigation and phone sync options, and respectfully met her at her level of tech savvy-ness. On top of his friendly demeanor, he was not pushy and even maintained a professional but understanding approach during the price negotiation. I will continue to recommend him to others looking for a new vehicle. More
