Left the lot blew a transmission I had been looking for a truck for a few months and came across a Chevy Avalanche on Craigslist. It was $2500 below book so I kept thinking something I had been looking for a truck for a few months and came across a Chevy Avalanche on Craigslist. It was $2500 below book so I kept thinking something has got to be wrong with this thing, I should have went with that feeling. The purchase was easy the staff was friendly, but I now know why it was booked so low, in less than 48 hours and less than 100 miles my new to me truck was on a flatbed heading towards the transmission shop. I now am the proud owner of a dead truck and staring down a $2000 transmission plus tow bill. Best of all I got the "It was sold as is it your problem" it barely made it off the lot, thats an issue they knew about when they sold it. Id take your business to a more reputable lot if your in the market. More
