they will do what they need make the sale I went to Premier Toyota to look at an F150 that they had on the lot. And I wasn't feeling very confident with the vehicle due to the rust that was on I went to Premier Toyota to look at an F150 that they had on the lot. And I wasn't feeling very confident with the vehicle due to the rust that was on the doors and on the gas cap. I looked around at some other vehicles. And decided they didn't have anything that was in my price range so the salesmen asked what was wrong with the F150. I was honest and said I am not going to pay such a high price for a vehicle with so much rust. The salesmen said "let me talk to my manager and see what I can do about the rust." The manager came to me and said "if we fix the rust can we do this deal?" I agreed to it. After I got it home I took it to my mechanic to have it looked over to make sure everything was sound. And we saw that the transmission dipstick tube was rtved and patched because it was rusted. And the transmission at the shift cable had a serious leak. The rtv was done recently so I called the dealership. And they documented it and basically stated they only do what they need to to make the vehicle safe. And they were only going to put so much money into the vehicle. And they also said they replaced the main ceal in the transmission. My mechanic said if they did that they saw the rtv and let it go or they patched it themselves. And Premier Toyota is okay with this type of work. And now I have driven it for less than a week. And their is a loud ticking noise that is coming out of the motor. I am very unhappy. And I doubt if they don't replace a 30 dollar transmission tube then they sure as heck wont fix the noise coming out of the motor. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. As the manager said "what can we do to make this deal?" they did what they needed to to make the sale and they aren't going to do one ounce more to own up to the problems that they knew were wrong with the vehicle. More

Comforting & Helpful I had an amazing experience at Premier Toyota. I had been having a very rough week because my car got into an accident a week prior to my visit. I had just bought that car from my grandfather after my first car was totaled in August. I was looking for a reasonable priced newer used vehicle that i could buy as soon as possible so that i could get out of my rental car. When i first arrived at Premier, Tariq Muqueet came outside and greeted me. He asked me what I was looking for, what my budget was, and if I had any specifications about the vehicle I was looking for. Tariq let me test drive as many vehicles i would like and was very patient with me. He was very understanding and compassionate about my situation. He never showed me anything that i couldn't afford and made sure that i absolutely loved the car before we decided to talk about buying it.
