vehicle service I took my 2009 Avalon in for service. I had the oil changed, tire rotation and bulb replacement. I learned while there I also needed a tune up. I however thought the price for the tune up was a bit pricey (over $400.00). Also the bulb was over $100.00, A coupon was available to lower the price somewhat. I was there from 11:00am to 3:15pm. That I thought was a bit long. However, The service technician, Kim Moore, offered to have someone take me to a nearby restaurant for lunch. Kim was very pleasant. She was a pleasure to work with. On the way home the car drove very well. I have not used the car today, but all appears to be well. The Premier service department through their service repair persons always provide professional service. More

I also want to say thanks to Will for running an awesome ship. Doug was also a great resource and he's old like me so it creates a comfortable environment. There are a lot of ex military people working there. It says so much to me that Premier not only hires great veterans, but they also give a big military discount. If you were a soldier or are currently a soldier like I am, I recommend buying from these guys. You get out of the car buying experience what you put into it.
