The management at this dealership was very mundane and not engaging whatsoever. They were "absent" of kindness and concern. I received a few "handicap" looks from the guys in the white shirts in the offices, due to my disability as if they were "not" under any circumstance thank me for doing business with the dealership. Tariq however kept me engaged and informed during my visit. He had requested for a porter to pick me up at the airport, but the management declined. He picked me up himself and was very courteous the entire time. The management had a "contractor" finance guy name Omar in to assist with paperwork. By the time I made it back to Texas he still had NOT sent important coverage documents to my insurance carrier, but he did sales pitch a $700 chemical protect plan for my car, priorities????go figure???? Angelo was very informative in service, Sue was awesome with her follow up. Patty in service offered to assist with me with navigating in/out of the service area (thank you). Marcus and a young gentlemen (with the Apple laptop) were the only persons brave enough to greet me coming in to the dealership for the first time; as managers looked on with disinterest. Mr. Murqueet and others mentioned here has saved this dealership the embarrassment of NOT being personable to all of their customers whether they are different or not. Thanks again! More

Hassle-free car buying The first time I bought a used car (at another dealership) the service was good but not great, and there was a certain amount of pressure to choose on The first time I bought a used car (at another dealership) the service was good but not great, and there was a certain amount of pressure to choose one of the vehicles they paraded in front of me when the specific one I wanted was unavailable. None of that happened here at Premier Toyota. The service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. I did not feel pressured at all at any point of the buying process. My dad purchased a car here last year and had a similar experience. Great place to buy a car, new or used! If possible, work with Tariq Muqueet. He goes above and beyond for his customers. More
