Horrible, dishonest, liars I reached an agreement for the purchase price of a car of $18975. Two days later, I received an email that indicated the EXACT SAME CAR we discussed I reached an agreement for the purchase price of a car of $18975. Two days later, I received an email that indicated the EXACT SAME CAR we discussed was now selling for $20 less because of 'rebates'. In that two days' time, the dealership refused my trade in which is in very good condition even though I had an appraisal that indicated that Blue Book Value was a good reference point. How do you tell a customer you won't take a trade and then lower your starting point to $20 less than what you just agreed to sell a car for two days prior? Horrible, dishonest, liars. That's how.
