Rude People Scammers. We had a deal for about 37500 for Toyota Highlander 2016 and I put 4000 down to make my payment 330 a month. They add so many fees that I do Scammers. They add so many fees that I don't even know and they didn't explain and they increased my payoff amount by almost 5000. So my payoff is 27000 now, whether it should be about 22000. I contacted their general manager and left a message but they didn't return my call. Finally when I reached John Brandon he didn't even want to talk to me. He said that it its a waist of time. So disappointed, very poor service, a lot of scammers. Absolutely Do not recommend to any one. More

Not your stereo-typical car sales staff. I was looking for a replacement for my Ford Ranger 4X4 FX4 Level II when I stopped in at Premier Toyota. Ken Konopka reviewed my requirements for a T I was looking for a replacement for my Ford Ranger 4X4 FX4 Level II when I stopped in at Premier Toyota. Ken Konopka reviewed my requirements for a Tacoma 4x4 with the same features. He recommended the Tacoma 4x4 TRD Pro Off Road. It has the same features and a few extra off road features, locking rear axle and creeper/crawl mode. Ken explained the features before our first test drive. We took the test drive and purchased the truck. The next day prior to actually taking possession Ken went through all the manuals, provided a tour of the facility and introduced me to the people who will take care of my truck. We also scheduled the first 5000 mile checkup. Next step was to go over all the features on the truck and then we took another test drive. This time it was "modified off road", so we could use and test all the special features. This is one nice truck. Thanks Premier Toyota and Thanks Ken! More

He listened well to our needs and specific situation. From there, he went to work on our behalf to fit us into a vehicle that met our needs and accomplished our financial goals. He was truly excellent, even going the "extra mile" to speak with me late into the evening online. We also enjoyed our experience with John Brandon, one of the managers. Often times you feel like care salesmen or finance managers are pushy or try to speak over your head. John was kind and patient with our questions, and we never felt silly asking clarifying questions to him. My wife and I already decided that when it is time for us to buy another vehicle, we will start our search with Rick and John. More

This latest episode they told me they had to tear apart the motor-this was on a Friday with the Labor Day Holiday at the time so it would be ready Tues the day after, OK. Tues is here, car not ready,they need another day. Wed comes, I call, car not ready have to order another part. OK got a loaner, called Thurs, guess what? Car not ready, part needed was intricate work and still have to put cam back in. Fri it was finally done and ready. Just a thought that tearing apart a motor I should have been told maybe a week's worth of work. Just a suggestion rather than a day-to-day "not ready yet" . Other problems in past but smaller. And I know unexpected things happen, but.......... More
