It is set up well for great customer service. (with they were closer to us as I would look forward to going there for car service. The purchasing process was very organized and efficient. We were in and out in a little over an Hour. Rick spent quite a bit of time introducing us to the bells and whistles of the car. There were no "oh by the ways" to the cost, which is important to me. Their sales price for the purchase and the trade-in value of our other vehicle were fair on both accounts. The Car was in amazing shape and we are very pleased with it. This is my first distance purchase and I was very hesitant. But I consider this experience an A+ and would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Rick Bonica & Premier Toyota. I was a bit nervous buying a new car, because I didn't want to get talked into paying way too much for a car that wouldn't end up being worth it (been there, done that). However, Tariq was so friendly! He was genuine and super patient with me. I didn't feel rushed at all, nor did I feel that I was getting pressured into anything. He talked me through the whole process and answered all my questions. I ended up with a 2016 Prius c, which I absolutely LOVE, along with an amazing deal I wouldn't have gotten elsewhere. No scams. The other staff at the dealership were wonderful as well - including John Brandon and Katie Webb. I highly recommend Premier. More
