Good Dealership / Great Salesman The dealership was good in that there was a tremendous amount of inventory. I was able to test drive 2 cars for a nice ride to see if I wanted them. The operations manger came by and talked with my wife and I and that was nice. Brett Kopa was an excellent salesman. He knew all of the details of each vehicle that we looked at. He followed up with us (even on his day off) enough to know he was thinking of us, but not too much where he was nagging. He was extremely personable. He didn't try to push us to a upscale vehicle, but asked what was important to us and found the most economical vehicle that met what we were looking for. Though we did not purchase from him, Brett himself was the main reason why we kept considering the vehicles he showed us. I completely recommend him and both my wife and I have already recommended him to our friends who are looking for a Toyota. More

TARIQ WE HADN'T PLANNED TO BUY A NEW CAR. I APPROACHED MULTIPLE TOYOTA DEALERS ASKING FOR AN IDEA OF WHAT OUR 2013 HIGHLANDER WOULD BE WORTH IN TRADE. Oustanding customer experience This was the third time my car had to go through normal , scheduled service. I had an appointment the same day I called. Many options were offered. Wh This was the third time my car had to go through normal , scheduled service. I had an appointment the same day I called. Many options were offered. When at the service department the car was immediately taken care of and less than 25 minutes after the car was back, all controls checked, fluids and oil changed and the car washed.
