Made Another Large Error Took car in for very routine maintenance, including transmission oil drain and fill. First, they tried to charge me WAY too much, but reduced the pri Took car in for very routine maintenance, including transmission oil drain and fill. First, they tried to charge me WAY too much, but reduced the price when I questioned it. Second, the car did not feel right after they finished. I went back, and they said let us know if it is a problem. I got home later, and there was transmission oil leaking and all over the bottom of the car! I took it to another Toyota dealer that was close by, and they found that the transmission way severely overfilled, and that was causing the leak. Premier paid to have this fixed correctly! Also, their inspection sheet said the tire pressure spec was 32 pounds, for all tires including the spare, but the door jamb of the car says 34 psi, and 60 psi for the spare. They can't even get that right! I had another incident where they made a major error about a year ago - I won't get into that one here. The bottom line is they have a TERRIBLE service department. DO NOT GO to Premier Toyota of Amherst. More
