I know very little about cars and, in fact, was a bit nervous about all the decisions to be made. Phil was just wonderful. He endured all of my endless questions and walked me through the decision-making process in a patient, kind, and helpful way. As an indecisive person with little knowledge of the many specs and features on the available cars, I found his attentiveness helpful, and not overbearing. I would recommend him most highly to anyone who might be interested in buying a Toyota, especially those folks who might feel intimidated at the prospect. The other folks I worked with in the process of buying the car were also all wonderful and made a daunting process much less scary. I thought the price I got on my new car was great, and the trade in value they settled on was fair. Everything was very transparent. Finally, the dealership itself is a welcoming place with a fireplace, free coffee and snacks, and even pinball machines. I almost can't wait to get my first oil change to take advantage of the lounge.:) More

Friendly and responsive I spent a long time researching vehicles and dealerships before deciding to buy a used SUV from Premier Toyota of Amherst. I test drove many makes and I spent a long time researching vehicles and dealerships before deciding to buy a used SUV from Premier Toyota of Amherst. I test drove many makes and models at various dealerships and by the time I made it to Premier to test drive the vehicle I ultimately purchased, I had had my fill of sales people and high pressure tactics. However, as soon as I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by friendly people who were attuned to me and my wants. Brett Kopa was my sales person, and he immediately put me at ease. Not only was he easy going and personable, but also very knowledgable and responsive to my inquiries when he didn't have answers straight away. And while he was motovated to make the sale, he was confident without being obnoxious, which is a huge plus in my book. I will return to Premier Toyota for future purchases and, if possible, I'll request to work with Brett again. More
