Mike Wagner and Patti in service wanted to find what the cause was. After a number of driving tests, it was determined that the tires were making that pulsing sound. Mike contacted Toyota, and he got them to offer me 2 free tires that would be good for 90,000 miles, if I bought the other 2 at their cost. It was a very good deal, since my new tires should last so much longer than the original tires, AND they are so quiet!!! More
