Looking for a "Car"elationship! Brett went above and beyond the call of duty. He sold me a 2013 Certified Chevy Impala in August 2016. Due to unfortunate circumstances it was totalle Brett went above and beyond the call of duty. He sold me a 2013 Certified Chevy Impala in August 2016. Due to unfortunate circumstances it was totalled in March 2017! He immediately took on the mission to once again find me a car that made my hearts desire. He recommended several very worthy vehicles on top of a dozen I test drove from other dealerships BUT I still didn't have a replacement? I know I was a very picky and difficult customer and gave him a short list of like 15things I wanted and they were very specific details. It took him 3 weeks but somehow Brett resurrected my totalled vehicle and contacted me immediately. He met all my specifications plus some and got me my precious cars twin back down to the exact same color. I definitely wouldnt be a happy driver or probably have a car still if it wasnt for his hard work, dedication and patience with my over zealous specifications and personality. He is truly a gem! Excellent experience!!! When I walked into premier toyota I was not expecting to leave with a brand new car. My significant other suggested we look here due to him getting a When I walked into premier toyota I was not expecting to leave with a brand new car. My significant other suggested we look here due to him getting a great deal on his Tundra years ago. As soon as we walked into the lot we were approached by a friendly face named Jessica. The weather was horrible that day, so she offered to have any car pulled inside for us. My first choice was a new 2017 Camry. I knew I wanted to lease due to past issues with my vehicle. I couldn't afford anymore maintenance bills at this point. I was just expecting to LOOK at the car, but she suggested we test drive it. Again, I was not set on getting a car that day. I fell in love with it right off the bat. I also looked at a corolla, but the size difference was too Much. Jessica and another gentlemen ran some numbers for me to see if this was even possible. They came back with an offer that was WAY out of my budget. I was bummed. I really loved this car. I explained my situation and they told me to hang tight.. Not once did they push me into something I couldn't afford, nor did they give up on me. THe second set of numbers worked better for my budget. That was it. No going back and forth, no arguing, no " we cant't help you". I almost wanted to ask " what's the catch". I thought about this deal for some time and talked it over with my other half. I only thought so long because this was a new experience for me, not because I felt pressured to do something I didn't want to. I signed all the necessary paperwork, cleaned out my old car and left it behind. I'm still in shock that I have such an amazing car for a great price! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new car, or even a first car. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. They will not steer you the wrong way!
