Fast communication, but misleading I saw a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country on there website. I did a chat on their site, the sales rep. called/texted. I said between 11:00-1:00, I called I saw a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country on there website. I did a chat on their site, the sales rep. called/texted. I said between 11:00-1:00, I called back to say 1 pm. We drove out saw the van, met with Jessica, she introduced me to the sales manager and the Finance manager. Jessica obtained a dealer plate as we looked over the van. She put the plate on and got in the back. I had previously asked if I could take the van, and show license and proof of insurance, they said that was fine. Jessica did not take my information and intended to ride along. When I turned the key the tire indicator lit up as well as the engine light, the tire light went off, but the engine light stayed on, I told her previously I wanted to put the van on a lift to inspect, only after the light stayed on did Jessica mention that the van needed a catalytic converter. Shouldn't I have been told that BEFORE I drove 29 miles to see the van?? The van had a lot more rust then was shown in the picture. Should a car/van/truck be presented for sale when it is not ready? I expected more from this dealer, thought they were "a cut above", now I think they are like most of the dealers . I won't be back. More

Tariq was very attentive, and ALWAYS available when I had a question. He worked very hard to earn my business and made sure he did everything to do so. I live three hours away from the dealership and he even made arrangements to have the vehicle delivered to me. I would highly recommend Premier Toyota, and highly recommend Tariq.
