My husband and I were looking to get into a vehicle. With a great recommendation from a friend, we called to schedule an appointment with Ericka for Monday. She asked what we were looking for and took some information over the phone, Monday when we got there she was ready and waiting with the perfect car, the perfect price, and perfect financing options for us. We test drove the car, went over some deatails Tuesday the process was startes. We have very little credit but they finance department and Ericka worked extremly hard to get us into that car for the price WE WANTED to pay per month. Thursday we went in and took home our car! It was a very great and easy experience, there was little to no effort on our part, they made buying a car an enjoyable experience! I was thrilled with everything, the car, the service, and the financing. Ericka asked when I could come in and finalize the paperwork and I told her a time that later I realized I was unable to make. I called and told her I would be late, she didnt mind waiting for me to get there and stick around long enough to show me around the store, the service area and introduce me to those people I would be interacting with in the shop and in the finance department. Rather than just handing me the keys and sending me on my way she introduced me to the car...every last detail, making sure I was able to work everything, knew where every carpartment was and all the luxury features in the car. She arranged my first car service for me, showing me how to schedule appointments in the future too. She made herself available to me after the sale as well making sure I had her contact information nad offered her assistance with any problems or questions! This was a great experience from beginning to end and I highly recommend Premier Toyota, and Ericka to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle! More

Like everyone else, I had hopes of finding and obtaining a good deal. My first contact online seemed encouraging. Exchange of online requests resulted in contact from Ericka Worstell of Premier Toyota. I had done a LOT of research online, in ratings guides, reviews, videos and yes, dealerships. Any apprehensions I had were quelled soon after arrival. Questions (and I had LOTS!) were promptly answered. With Ericka's expert guideance, I had a great sales experience. Not only did I obtain a competitive rate but it was for a vehicle that exceeded my expectations. That should be about as good as anyone could expect. However, she went beyond getting the sale. Making sure I understood all of the features of my Toyota RAV4 before leaving, I left confident that I could contact them again for any follow-up questions, which is reassuring. Additionally, I felt I would have reliable service for my vehicle's regular maintenace as well as any issue that might present itself in the future, even though ratings indicate reliability of it is excellent. I would recommend anyone looking for another vehicle in the area to be sure to check out Premier Toyota in Amherst, Ohio. Just be sure to ask for Ericka! More

Matt was very professional and helpful. The sales associate that first worked on this purchase was unable to be at the dealership on the date and time when we arrived from Dayton. We drove over 200 miles and enjoyed the experience with this dealership. Matt took the time to explain how long finalizing the purchase would take and even helped to verify the road conditions for our trip back home. It was very much appreciated. We knew what we wanted, but Ericka made it easy to close the deal. They worked with our unique situation (Accident totaled our other van) regarding insurance checks and timing. My job is heavy in sales and sales training, so it was interesting to see her attempt the close without pushing hard. It was obvious she was trained well. Her character and personality shone through as well. She seemed to genuinely care about our situation and that made it easy to say yes. Great job Ericka! The entire process was easy, including the trip to the finance room :) We will continue to buy from this dealer even though they are a little over an hour away because of their professionalism mixed with caring about connections.
