I bought a Camery approximately 6 months ago from Dave Sayre. He was professional and courteous. More importantly, it was clear he was an integridable man. My past experiences in buying a car has always been unfavorable. Most times it feels as if you are in a negotionating contest with a salesman who is trying to make the maximum profit from the sale. With Dave this was not the case. He was focused on arriving at a fair price and customer satisfaction was clearly his primary goal. Additionally, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the Camery. With all this in mind, I learned that my aunt, who is learning disabled, was looking for a new vehicle. She has always owned a Ford. Despite having exemplorary credit, when she purchased her last vehicle from Ford, they set her interest rate at nearly eight percent. Obviously, someone took advantage of the situation knowing she would not realize what happened. I told her about Dave and she wanted to visit the dealership. Dave, as before was honest and professional. After test driving a Yaris, she went to the Ford dealership and drove a Fiesta. She preferred the Yaris; however, the Fiesta was three hundred dollars cheaper. I called Dave and asked if they would match the price. He did and my aunt purchased the Yaris. In addition, she was given a great interest rate. She is extremely satisfied with her new car and once again Dave made the experience enjoyable. We appreciate Dave and the staff at the Amherst Toyota. Surely, I will recommend the dealership to anyone I encounter that is looking for a car. More

Over a 3 week period of searching the internet for a Certified 2008 Toyota 4Runner, I was pleased to have found Laurel Whitener. Not your typical run-around of buying a car! Laurel is a true profess Certified 2008 Toyota 4Runner, I was pleased to have found Laurel Whitener. Not your typical run-around of buying a car! Laurel is a true professional. Knowledgable about her product and gives you the answers you need to make the decision. She delivered promptly the answers to service records, certification and options on the car....in writing. She also sent me a video of interior and exterior pointing out the features. I was not expecting the used car to be spotless, but I wanted to know the blemishes. When the car arrive....it was in mint condition as Laurel indicated. She transferred me to Chad Engle in fiance. Chad is also a professional. Provided prompt information, fiancing options and optional extended warranty information. Again went smoothly with no run-around. The car was driven from Amherst to my home in Cincinnati. The drivers were courtious and delivered the vehicle in mint condition. They walk me through the paperwork and headed back to Amherst. I spent quite a bit of time researching this vehicle and had several coversations with dealerships within 300 mile of my home. By far my experience with Laurel and Chad was one that I felt a review was necessary to post! This type of service, with no run-around and actually receiving what was promised is hard to come by when purchasing a car. While I didn't actually buy a car from Premier, Laurel Whitener was very cooperative in trying to help me work a deal to trade my slightly used Venza for a new Highlander. She was attentive, responded quickly and tried on a couple different occasions to put a deal together. Her follow-up and diligence in trying to help me was excellent. Very good customer experience. That a sale didn't occur was more because of my personal circumstances than Laurel's efforts. She provided everything I requested. Laurel is professional and works hard to provide the customer with accurate information and great customer service. By all means a credit to Premier Toyota. Okay so its time to get a new car which comes up only once in a blue moon. I chose Premier because it was close. From the start I got the new guy who knew absolutely nothing. This review could go on and on but I was asked what color I wanted and stated the color I wanted. Then I was told with a 47K purchase price that I needed to be more flexible on my color choices. Give me a break ! Then the next thing the vehicle comes in without the options I was told it would have. I was then told "We'll work with you". Well working with me means get me what I paid for so they did to there credit after telling them they would add those accessories and did after market. Now I have some finance guy who keeps calling me but will not leave a message. I purchased the vehicle I'm done with these people but yet they will not go away. I also found a scratch on the front of the vehicle that was not there. Okay now on top of it all these idiots are calling me for more money because they charged the wrong tax rate. This was after scheduling an appointment for a certain time to sign papers and I was told it would be 20 minutes or so. Now after all that they want me to pay another $112.00 after giving them 47K. Pound salt I'm not going to give another cent. Stay away from the extended warranties too they slip in after everything is done that it is only good at there dealership or else its a 100.00 deductible. Stay away from these people. More
I purchased a 2011 Toyota Corolla on 10/09/11. My initial interest was the Premier Savings price of $3000 off that was advertised, which I did not receive. Mr. Greg Vandersommen (Sales Mgr.) explained to me interest was the Premier Savings price of $3000 off that was advertised, which I did not receive. Mr. Greg Vandersommen (Sales Mgr.) explained to me this only applies to ONE vehicle in stock. (They are still doing this, it was in the plain Dealer today, 10/15/2011). I was VERY DISAPPOINTED. In fairness they did throw in body side moldings, a $209.00 value.Some additional compensation would have been greatly appreciated. On the positive side, my sales representive was Marisol Serrano-Vasquez, who was very attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous. They have a beautiful dealership and their staff seem to have been well trained. One other observation, the sales people, should take the time to review the window sticker with the customer. In my case I purchased a stereo radio upgrade @ $570.00, which I didn't want or need. I suppose it will be benificial at resale. Thanks for your time. The Corolla is a great car! I just recently went through a bankruptcy, and after eight years of pampering my Dodge Intrepid, it died. I had approximately 175,000 miles on it, so I am not sure what I was expecting. I went to Premier Toyota and worked with Matt Radeff. I walked in on a Sunday and spent 3 hours with him the first time. I told him that I would be checking out other dealers to make sure that I was making the right decision. I went to a Ford and Hundai dealership, but my heart was with the Toyota. I waited 2 weeks and then came in to see Matt again on a Sunday. I arrived at Noon and spent seven hours there until I was positive that I was making the right decision. Matt was the most patient person I have ever worked with. He allowed me to talk with my daughter and son-in-law, while they tried to talk me out of this decision. If I needed questions answered that he could not help me with, he sought people out to help me for my peace of mind. He made me drive a Sonata just so that I could make a decent comparison to the Toyota. Matt was pleasant to me the entire time I was there. He is a very knowledgeable young man, and extremely respectful. This young man did not have any breakfast, lunch, or dinner while he was working with me. He wanted me to have the peace of mind that I needed to complete this sale, and I really appreciated that. I know that when I come back to turn in this lease, I will work with Matt again. I hope that he will still be with this dealership, because losing him would be losing someone very valuable to your organization. Thank you for everything, I really love my Toyota! Our first exposurer to Premier resulted with a email contact looking at several of the Toyota and Honda minivans they had in stock. Because we would be traveling over 100 miles to see and tryout the ve contact looking at several of the Toyota and Honda minivans they had in stock. Because we would be traveling over 100 miles to see and tryout the vehicles it was essential that we have accurate information prior to visiting the dealership. For Laurel this meant going out and checking of the various options and standard equipment that came with the four vehicles listed on the site in our price range. She never once coomplained that after we talked I would come up with some additional questions that resulted in her going back out to the vans and obtaining the accurate information. Not once did she complain, but went out to physically check the specific information each time. After reviewing the information we had received we were most interested in only one of the vans. Now our next problem was to set up a time on the weekend we could travel and do it meeting our schedule. Since we were very interested in this vehicle and we were a few days prior to the weekend I asked Laurel to help me seek out an option that would allow us to visit Premier on the weekend and try out the van but most importantly to us was to be certain that the van was still available. Laurel worked out a solution that insured the van would be available and not sold to someone else prior to our arrival. In addition, she was very pleasaant to deal with. She made sure that we were pleased with our purchase prior to their thirty day service deadline. She helped us by coordinating activities between sales management, service follow-up, and finance questions. All in all we were very satisfied with the end result of the sales process and service activities we experienced at Premier. And my wife and I both feel that the positive experience started immediately with Laurel and her efforts to be sure we were going to experience a positive out come with Premier. Laurel is now a great asset for Premier and will continue to grow into a greater one in the future. More
