While I have to say Joe Borgia went above and beyond helping in purchasing a very nice, awesomely priced, 2010 Tacoma I walked away severely disappointed. Joe did everything right: got me a good price on my trade in, was able to get me approved financing, and did this all via telephone and/or e-mail since I live an hour and a half away. Unfortunately Joe was off on Sunday and while off one of his associates sold the truck out from under me. This would not be as disappointing if my credit hadn't already been ran and approved, only to wind up with nothing. Hoping they can somehow make this right, as in find another truck like the one I was in the process of purchasing. More

We were able to come to a sales agreement in about 1.5 hours. Laurel was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Wesley was very efficient and pleasant to work with on the financing side. I heard about the dealer from some people I do business with and decided to check it out since I needed a car due to an untimely accident. I found a car I liked and dealt with Luis but soon the dealings st with and decided to check it out since I needed a car due to an untimely accident. The GM Allen Blad saw me disgruntled with Luis and stepped out from behind his desk and asked what he could do to help. He got right to business and his confidence and knowledge and concern for my satisfaction quickly made the deal right. He then had Dave Weaver help me with my financing and I left extremely pleased with my purchase. I will return for future purchases and refer my family and friends. More

They have a new sales and service team every 3 months or less talk to one salesman on month can not find them the next time you come in. This is my 3rd Toyota purchase at Premier. Excellent dealership with customer satisfaction on the top of their list! I had a rather bad experience with the purchase of my 2009 Camry but returned becaus dealership with customer satisfaction on the top of their list! I had a rather bad experience with the purchase of my 2009 Camry but returned because bad things happen on occasion. I trust this dealership. It is the friendliest, most customer-oriented retail experience I have had in my 40 years of buying vehicles. Ken Hall stated he was "new" in the car sales industry but he did a great job. These guys were quick to respond to my internet inquiry, gave me plenty of time for a test drive (two actually, and they'd offered a third, but I knew what I wanted), and didn't rush me.
