On 09-11-12 I was driving by Premier Toyota and decided to stop and review their inventory. All the staff members were so friendly and patient with me and my two rambunctious boys! Anytime I've ever gone t to stop and review their inventory. All the staff members were so friendly and patient with me and my two rambunctious boys! Anytime I've ever gone to a dealership, its like the second you get out of the car all of a sudden salesmen are popping out from behind cars tackling you trying to shove cars down your throat that you have no interest in. When I got out of my car I was able to take my time and the gentleman that showed me around waited till I was ready and let me lead the way. He was very sweet and knowledgeably answered all my questions without an ounce of frustration or impatience. After I zeroed in on a vehicle I was interested in I was introduced to a sales person, Dave Sayre. The initial trade in value offered on my car was disappointing and I was sure I was heading home without a new car, but Dave went to bat for me calling potential buyers for my car to get me a higher trade in value which he almost doubled!! In all my years I've never met a friendlier bunch of people. I will definitely recommend all of my friends and family to Dave and the team at Premier Toyota! I called the Premier Toyota when ny 2009 Yaris would not start. I spoke with Terry Johnson, I think he is the General manager, I was extremely upset because I had to be at work. He arranged for my car to be towed in and had me picked up at my house and offered me a car if er didn't get something worked out. As it turns out my car only needed a battery, I was really embarrassed. While I was at the dealership Terry had someone show me a new Corolla. Much to my surprise he got my payments about the same as they were on my old car, so I left with a brand new Corolla full warranty and everything. Terry turned a bad day into a wonderful day. Premier Toyota is the best ! More

Dylan and Ben , the sales manager, were very helpful in getting me the car I originally bought exchanged for a new one. The first car I purchased in July had a large scratch, several paint chips and a bad getting me the car I originally bought exchanged for a new one. With all this damage to a brand new car, Dylan and Ben worked with me and Toyota to get me a different new car. I would definitely work with both gentleman again. More
