I would highly recommend him for any car shopping needs, whether it is a new or used car or if you are leasing or buying. Dylan is very knowledgeable in ALL of the areas. Before getting my car, Dylan was a pleasure to talk to and make the wait seem a lot less. He was also extremely helpful getting me into the car and answering all of my technical questions before I drove it off the lot. I also worked with Wesley Baynes in finance, and he was wonderful to work with. Because I was leasing my car, I had plenty of forms to fill out, but he explained everything concisely and made the process much smoother. He was also so friendly and personable! I've always loved Toyota. Today I confirmed, once again, why I always will be loyal to the Toyota name. What's in a name? How about admirable, for starters. That would be the word I would use to describe the awesome service we received from David Sayre. As soon as we began to speak to David, we felt very much at ease. Here was a champion of fairness and respect. A Sales Professional who was distinctive and exceptional. David helped us to get a great car and came through for us. I felt that he was on our side. In fact, I remember him saying, "Let me go to work for you" whenever he was trying to work out a great deal for us. David and this dealership are First-Class. The service was again, Incomparable and Outstanding! Anyone interested in getting a new Toyota? Let me whole-heartedly recommend Mr. David Sayre and Wesley Baynes for their Sterling Performance and Commendable Professionalism. From the very beginning, from the initial greeting and through the paperwork, to the very last moment of driving away from the dealership, these two gentlemen shined! Oh, and let me not forget! We went to the dealership on a very cold and very, very snowy day! David was very patient with me as I removed my belongings from my previous car, and never pressed me to move quickly or anything of the sort. He even brought me my music CDs which I had forgotten and also placed my belongings into the new car for me. It was truly an honor to have been served by an outstanding salesman! I am from Virginia and was buying a car for my daughter by internet. The salesman said the car I was getting was in excellent condition, had been thru a 120 point checklist, and that the pictures and descr by internet. I asked for and was promised a copy of the checklist. My payment was processed on 1/21/13. On 2/1/13 I am sent a checklist for a Honda (I bought an Olds) and was sent a service ticket for an oil change. The ticket noted the car needed tire, rotor, passenger exterior mirror, and an air cleaner. Nothing in pictures nor in conversation disclosed this to me until today. Beware......I have emails for proof if needed. Bill Craft, Blacksburg VA. Do not buy unless you can see for yourself as their pictures, descriptions, and conversations will just mislead you. More
This was my first time ever buying a car and my sister had recommended that I go to Premier Toyota and ask for Ricardo. She was able to get her first car from him and was very impressed! I too was blow away by the service Ricardo had gave. He answered all the questions and concerns I had and also clarified everything. I was a little scared going into this process because it was my first time ever doing so but I do not regret it one bit! I was happy with my purchase and I'd like to think it was the best decision I have made so far. David was also very helpful with the paper work and finance worries. Everyone loves my car and so do I! I have recommended Premier Toyota & Ricardo to many family and friends and I hope they are as thankful as I am. More

The first experience with Premier and the sales person I dealt with made me very uncomfortable. I am glad to hear he no longer works there. I do have to admit when I walked in the dealership I was not looking forward to facing another uncomfortable situation. I indeed did not experience that feeling once we met Nick! The experience from the first phone call, which I did not know who to talk to for year end lease, to which I was transferred to Wesley. Wesley called me back shortly after leaving him a message. He was very nice and professional & referred me to Nick. I received a prompt call back from Nick & he was very helpful & clear as to what steps we need to do on our first leased car turn in. We quickly had an appointment with Nick. It was nice that we were able to have an appointment, as time with my husbands schedule with work is limited. Nick quickly caught on to what we were looking for in a vehicle. We explained that we had to be practical, as we have two elderly family members in wheelchairs I take to doctor visits and such. We wanted something not to low or too high. My wish was a Tundra truck...but that just wouldn't work! We discussed the "Venza", Nick was very clear on the specs of it, and I even got the option to pick the color (which my first experiece I didn't have that option)! Nick made my husband & I feel very comfortable, he is professional, personable, explained things about the car, and has a great personality! The only thing I was surprised with, is when we came back for further paperwork in finance department, we were told a 370.00 payment when we were there 3 nights prior, to a payment of 409.00 We were told of what the amount entailed. Wasn't perpared for a payment change. Over all...Nick keep up the great customer service! You will go far in the future! FYI...my mother that is in a wheelchair, got in the Venza with much more ease! Love it! More

Purchasing a new vehicle can be a time consuming, stressful event that most people don't look forward to doing. They like getting the new car but don't really enjoy the process leading up to it. This can be particulary true for people with less than perfect credit and limited pockets. I recently leased a new vehicle from Premier Toyota and must say that it was a very pain free process. They were willing to get me exactly where I needed to be with both my trade in and the terms of my new vehicle. Sales professional Dylan Farmer was extremely easy to communicate with and was very mindful of my limited time and sporadic schedule. I knew what I wanted before even contacting the dealership and therefore most negotiating was accomplished through phone conversations and emails, this was a big help to me. I just didn't have the time spend in the dealership and was simply able to show up and close the deal. Finance manager Wesley Baynes made the process quick and easy and was very flexible in providing me with the requirements I needed.
