Well, for starters, Ron Begley is the reason that I ended up purchasing, not one, but two used cars in a month. Ron reviewed my inquiry from many months ago and encouraged me to see what Premier could do for up purchasing, not one, but two used cars in a month. I started out looking for a Highlander online. It was a website that hooked you up to three or four dealerships. I was contacted by the three dealership, one of which was Premier. At Premier I was contac website that hooked you up to three or four dealerships. I was contacted by the three dealership, one of which was Premier. At Premier I was contacted online by Ron Begley. It was clear I did not want to be pestered by phone calls. One dealer sent a standard non-personal response and followed up with a phone call. The other dealer responded with information, but not enough to determine the price of the vehicle I wanted and then a phone call. Ron gave me as much as he could without seeing my trade and determining what I wanted on the Hylander. (no phone call). I felt I had enough information from Premier so I determined to go there first. I was met at the Dealership (Premier) by Ron Begley. He is a very pleasant person. I was surprised after talking to him for a while he was relatively new to the Toyota Dealership. I was surprised because he was rather knowledgeable. What he was not familiar with he got the answers. Eventually we talked to two or three other people, even the owner. It is hard to describe--no pressure, but friendlyness and helpfulness. I felt like I was talking to a friend or neighbor-a lay back amosphere. We eventually reached a deal. Both my wife and I are computer illiterate. We had no idea how bluetooth works. Ron explained it and offered to even go to the store with us to get the right phone. I figured I could do that myself. I went to Walmart and got the wrong phone. When we went to pick up the car, we found out it was the wrong phone. Ron went to Target with us and we got the right phone. He helped transfer the minutes and activate it. He arranged to install a satellite radio and transfer an account to the new car. I have been buying cars for 50 years and have never had such a positive experience. It started with Ron and in the process the Sales Manager, the Used Car Manager, the Finance Manager, the Mechanic who installed the hitch, even the Owner and the positive send off with Ron Begley. What a team - Thanks for all your help. More

My experience was great! I was really nervous coming in as a first time buyer at a dealership, but Tahl made me feel very comfortable and understood the concerns I had. I started working with Dylan Farmer back in early Sept and purchased my car in February. Most dealerships I have dealt with in the past would write you off if you dont buy asap, but this dealership alo and purchased my car in February. Most dealerships I have dealt with in the past would write you off if you dont buy asap, but this dealership along with Dylan were very understanding of my buying process and were able to answer the thousand questions I had. All three of the guys I worked with were very friendly and able to answer questions in a timely and truthful manner. I love the car that I just got yesterday and would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a car and is tired of dealerships that pressure you into buying something you don't want or can't afford.
