After I entered the dealership, I was greeted immediately with no wait by the wonderfully friendly Nicole Alles from the internet team. I knew which Corolla I wanted to look at, had done my research, had no with no wait by the wonderfully friendly Nicole Alles from the internet team. I knew which Corolla I wanted to look at, had done my research, had no trade-in, and was prepared for a cash deal if it passed my extensive mechanical checklist and test drive. She led me to the detailing area to show me the car, and for a considerable period of time I looked under the hood and under the car, around it, inside and out, and asked many, many detailed questions about recalls, the former owner, etc. During this entire time, Nikki was very patient, calm, and collected and answered all of my questions. We went for a test drive for a while as I asked more questions and tested all the controls and put it through it's paces. The test drive was a dream-I enjoyed it so much that I didn't want to go back! Everything checked out and was in excellent condition. We finally went back and she presented me with purchase options, of which I opted for a single check. Even though I paid cash, it gave me less leverage than I expected, which was surprising even though I pushed. However, since the car was in such good condition I was willing to conceed a few hundred dollars and still be within the max price I was willing to pay and be under blue book. I signed the papers as the car was detailed. Detailing was fast but done right. During my whole experience, which was a few hours, I did not hear any employees swear or yell at each other or anyone around me. It appeared to be a well-run dealership that values ethics and customers properly while seeking honest profit-that is important, and had it not appeared so I would have left. I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson-She was patient, friendly, professional, honest, and an absolute joy to be around! I look forward to speaking with her again in the future. More

Lets start right from when we ( Judy and Dave Ferry ) pulled into the lot at Premier Toyota. We met Amanda one of your Premier Sales persons. Amanda answered all of our question about all the vehicles that we looked at. About ten minutes had pass and Amanda introduced us to Benit Tahl, from there is was all down hill and no worries. Benit made mention of the 2012 Prius V that was parked in the lot. My wife and I look at the vehicle and also took a test drive with Benit and Amanda. What a great vehicle to drive, love the technology that it comes with. Any question that I would have about the vehicle Benit made sure that my question was answered. His knowledge of the vehicle and how it worked was very informative. Here is why I give Benit and Amanda the rating that they deserve. (1) Polite, (2) Stayed on track, (3) Always courteous, (4) was not pushy, (5) Communications with us and the finance people, they made sure that we had a good understanding what was going on. His post sale followup has also been outstanding. The negotiation process was quick and conclusive. Wes Baynes handled the final paperwork and he was very thorough and personable. I felt he explained everything very clearly and presented options that we could take advantage of if we wanted to. Tahl went over the vehicle with us at delivery and made sure it was to our liking and expectations. He paired our cell phones and tried to set us up with Entune but it does not work with my Blackberry so I will eventually go shopping for new smartphones. He even said he would set up my Entune once I got the proper phone, whenever that might be. Tahl and Wes's service was outstanding. Premier Toyota provided an exceptional level of concern and service for us from start to finish, which is why we drove over an hour to buy our car from there. More
