This Dealership emphasizes and practices customer satisfaction. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I felt that no question was too insignificant and they will would explain and go the e satisfaction. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I felt that no question was too insignificant and they will would explain and go the extra step. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted when I entered – Camry XLX with the equivalent to OnStar. (Case in point - Ricardo Hoskin was showing me a Camry Hybrid and I said NO Hybrid and yet he explained how it worked. I did the test drive and went home to decide whether I was trading my car in or selling to my son-in-law… as I was thinking and searching the Toyota web site Ricky’s information started playing in my head and I decided on the Camry XLE Hybrid!) An example of going the extra mile for me I was just telling him about my how my grandson’s car died (literally) and Ricardo tried to help in getting some money for his car. He didn’t realize when I said it died, it REALLY died! Not only Ricky, but Ben, Dave, Terry, Jim, and Christina made this a most enjoyable experience. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!! I went to Premier Toyota because my parents bought their Toyota Prius there 7 yrs ago & highly recommended it to me. My overall experience with Premier Toyota was awesome! This was mainly due to my salesman Toyota Prius there 7 yrs ago & highly recommended it to me. My overall experience with Premier Toyota was awesome! This was mainly due to my salesman, Tahl Benit. He was very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. Tahl went way above & beyond his call of duty. My previous car engine blew and I was really in a bind as far as time frame & budget. I went to see Tahl on Saturday, & after test driving several cars in my price range, I found a car that I loved but never dreamed I would be able to afford. I drove the car home Saturday evening to see if I liked it, & by Sunday afternoon it was mine. I couldn't go over a specific monthly payment and Tahl was able to make it happen. He also priced out tires for me to get an idea how much that would cost when the time comes to replace them. Although the car has brand new tires & I won't need to replace them for some time. Wesley was also very helpful with the financing by getting me a great interest rate. He had everything ready for me to sign when I got there, & I was in & out of his office in no time. Everybody there was so nice, from the receptionist to the used car manager, Ernie. So whether you are looking for a new car or a used car, go to Premier Toyota and ask for Tahl Benit! I guarantee you will leave happy! More

My wife had a conversation with the service manager Chris Farmer about an airbag light on my 2006 Rav4. The 2007 and 2008 models were recalled for the same problem. She was told it would cost me $300 to test Farmer about an airbag light on my 2006 Rav4. The 2007 and 2008 models were recalled for the same problem. She was told it would cost me $300 to test it and $500 to fix the same problem as the newer models. There are hundreds of complaints aboult the same issue on the internet. This is obviously a manufacturers defect and they refuse to work out any reasonable solution. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
The car I wanted was sold so I gave them my price range and what I wanted. I got a more expensive car in worse shape! They didn't seem to notice that it was over my budget or care that it wasn't what we sp and what I wanted. I got a more expensive car in worse shape! They didn't seem to notice that it was over my budget or care that it wasn't what we spoke about. I don't think the person even knew what I wanted or looked at the other car that I fell in love with because it was totally different. It needed multiple things fixed (brakes, steering column, struts). They stated they would get the things fixed and they couldn't figure out why I was hesitant to sign. They promised to fix it and they attempted to... Until I took it for a drive. Someone must have forgotten to connect something because I turned on my lights and a loud fast clicking sound happened. My boyfriend then turned on the radio to drown out the sound and my lights went out. I don't feel like they communicate with you on what is being done. I think if they had empathy they would understand why I am so frustrated. You need to listen to your customers or you won't have any. Ever since I came in they have been trying to make everything up to me and I feel like if they would have paid attention in the first place on what I wanted and what I am wanted to pay they wouldn't take a loss on a sale and have to fix everything under the sun on a vehicle. If they also would do it correctly I wouldn't have to make constant phone calls or come in multiple times. They are wasting my time. I am still waiting for my car to be fixed. More
My expereience with Premier Toyota was extremely frustrating. I have been shopping around for weeks trying to find the best deal on a vehicle as most do when I came acrossed a Ford Focus for 12900 o frustrating. I have been shopping around for weeks trying to find the best deal on a vehicle as most do when I came acrossed a Ford Focus for 12900 on edmunds that was at Premier Toyota. The dealership offered a chat feature which I used to speak with a sales associate initially and shortly after we spoke by phone. Seems another individual was thinking of purchasing the vehicle and I waited to hear the outcome. A few minutes later the sales associate called me back and told me that the vehicle was still available and I said thanks and that I was contimplating on driving up to see it the next day and got Premier Toyota's hours because it would be a saturday and I live about an hour and a half away. The next morning I continued to think about the vehicle and came to the conclusion in the early afternoon that it would be worth my time to go check it out. I again viewed the vehicle online (on the dealerships site) before I left and it was still advertised on the lot for sale. I decided to text the sales associate that I was heading to the dealership because I figured the associate may be busy and I did not want to interupt. When I arrived at the dealership, after my hour and a half drive, my girlfriend and myself walked around the lot for a little while patiently waiting on the associate I had spoken with. The car that was advertised was no longer on the lot. I figured it must have been sold and I had missed out but when the sales person came out and spoke to me I received an apology because apparently the dealership had decided to ship the car to auction just that morning. The sales person said ,I wish you had called and I'm really sorry and I explained I had sent a text. I was then informed ,as the case may be, the dealership or that number does not receive text messages. I was told that I said I would call before arriving and that things like this happen. It was explained to me that the car could have been sold before I arrived and i explained I would have understood that. What I don't understand is this, why was I not told the previous day that the vehicle would be going to auction in the morning?( I was told of the person that was interested in it that day) I would imagine there is someone that knows that information and could relay it to sales people in a meeting , by email or etc. I am not certain why the vehicle was still advertised as for sale the same day online and a couple days thereafter. I see my mistake in not calling, but other than a sorry and informing me that I could pay a deposit if I absolutely wanted the vehicle I had not PHYSICALLY seen and in return they would ship it back to the dealership. I guess so I could drive back up again after being upset and hope it was everything I saw online. I do not fault the sales person in this but neither do I fault myself. My issue is with the fact the small piece of information about the plan for the vehicle to be shipped to auction the next day was information never provided to me. Rather I took a large portion out of my weekend to travel to a dealership for a vehicle that was not there. I sincerely hope that this is addressed and does not happen to another customer. I wont be taking my chances again. More
Today I purchased a used Toyota Camry from Premier Toyota. I was fortunate to have Bob Treece as my salesman. Bob was friendly, helpful, and informative but not the least bit pushy. He took the tim Toyota. I was fortunate to have Bob Treece as my salesman. Bob was friendly, helpful, and informative but not the least bit pushy. He took the time to find the vehicles that were in my price range and then promptly made the vehicles available for inspection and a test drive. Bob was also able to provide prompt answers to several technical questions I had about the engine and vehicle control systems. In addition, Ernie Coon and Wesley Baynes were also involved in the transaction and they performed their duties quickly and efficiently. In short, although car buying can sometimes be a trying experience these gentleman were all courteous and fair in their dealings with me. I highly recommend Premier Toyota for a pleasant car buying experience. More
