We apologize for the situation. Premier Toyota is happy to serve your vehicle needs professionally. Both of the vehicles the customer chose to purchase were disclosed and sold as “AS-IS” at risk sales. Although there was no warranty provided, promised or agreed to at the time of purchase, Premier Toyota extended our “Goodwill” policy to the customer. The electrical issues that surfaced in the Saturn were not covered by any warranty but Premier Toyota attempted to remedy them nonetheless. When it was determined that the issues were insurmountable, Premier Toyota offered to trade vehicles with the customer on quite favorable terms with no additional costs. The customer chose the Nissan in exchange of the Saturn. This vehicle was also disclosed to the customer as an “AS – IS” at risk sale. Despite that fact, Premier Toyota has attempted to serve the customer with goodwill and good faith with no additional costs for repair efforts that surfaced after the customer purchased the vehicles. Premier Toyota is aware of the numerous posts that the customer has placed online. Regrettably the terms of the customer's sale are not announced in the posts. Premier Toyota is proud to offer a wide range of pre-owned vehicles with significant to zero warranty coverage. If the customer prefers to purchase a new vehicle with comprehensive warranty and merchantability coverage, Premier Toyota is happy to help the customer. If the customer chooses this previously offered direction, Premier Toyota will support the customer with very favorable terms and good faith. Again, Premier Toyota apologizes that we have not been able to satisfy your expectations.
