Nanette Peters was the best car salesperson we have EVER dealt with !!! So was very professional. Most sales people scare us off, but she knows what she is doing. So knew so much, but if we had a question, (which was not heard before), she got us answer RIGHT AWAY. We were ONLY LOOKING, but her approach made us want to stay & find our car. We just walked in off the street & she offered to help. We stayed longer than we anticipated, and when her scheduled appointment came in, allowed Angelo to assist us. She was back to us as soon as possible. Angelo was a nice salesman also. You never would have had a sale that day if we weren't treated as wonderful as we were by Nanette. Wow where do I start... I've had my car for 24 hours now and have told at least 30 people this story already... I am a server, Ben and Ricardo come in occasionally and I've gotten to know them as regula now and have told at least 30 people this story already... Of course "cars" came up in conversation and I explained I needed a new one but know that it's impossible! I explained that my current car was through JD Byrider... They were good to me when I needed a car , I had no downpayment no money down bad credit and no co signer.. They helped. BUT I was paying an extremely large amount monthly for a car that was slowly falling apart right before my eyes. I was planning on going back to them and trading my car in for another JD Byrider car cause although my finances had improved greatly it just wasn't enough yet to get a car from a dealership... A good car. Well Ricardo really has a terrific personality and with not being pushy he would always insist they could help. He went as far as promising they could help me. Those words and their friendliness and kindness went along way. The last time they came in was Monday, I asked if they were gonna be there Wednesday , and they were going to be. Told them I would be in but I know they could t help me.. Wednesday came and it was cold and rainy and my only day off. I was not spending it there because I knew it would be a waste of my time. Ricardo's personality made me and my conscience change my mind, I went in... Ben greeted me at the door, like he had almost been waiting for me. Ricardo was helping someone else but said hello and said he would check on me when he was done. So Angelo helped Ben out. And I couldn't have been more pleased! He and Ben answered all my questions listened to me ramble on and all the while we're so attentive and friendly and so very informative. Lo and behold just a few hours later they along with Dave had my husband and I in a beautiful 2010 rav 4... I don't know how they did it, but they did! We hit a few snags, but each time they reassured me and just kept working diligently to satisfy me and my husband. See I went to the dealership alone, but by keeping in contact with my husband through the phone he was so impressed that my husband said lets do this. Everything my husband asked for they accommodated... Meaning , newer car then they originally offered, 4 wheel drive, etc etc... I showed up at 1 pm and by 530 we were driving away in what is to me a brand me car!!!! Dave is a magic man!!! They brought me to tears I was so happy. Terrific service and above all they were REAL with me! No lies no trying to xx me, totally up front and honest all the while being as friendly as if we have known each other for years... We left feeling like family! Even the next day when a snag was hit with former lender they worked all day to go above and beyond to make things right. Thank you dave thank you so much!!! There's so much more I could tell you but I would be typing all night! We will be recommending and telling everybody how happy you and your team made us!!! More

Recently I purchased a 2013 Nissan Juke NISMO from Premier Toyota through their internet sales department and I couldn't have been happier with the over all experience. Upon entry of the facility to f Premier Toyota through their internet sales department and I couldn't have been happier with the over all experience. Upon entry of the facility to finish paperwork and pick up my vehicle I noticed that I sign had been done up with my name on it along with a few other people whom were expected to come pick up their car that day welcoming us. Also the car had been brought into the building into a special "red carpet room" for my inspection. The car was fully gassed up, detailed and ready to go. Our sales associate was easy-going and very nice and the conversation was very relaxed but informative. It made the entire experience easier. Overall I have to say that the buying experience I had at Premiere Toyota was an ideal way to buy a car, and I hope the next time I purchase a vehicle (many years from now) I can be fortunate enough to have the same customer satisfaction I received from buying my car from Premier Toyota. And I friggin' love my new car, thank you! More

None of the other local dealerships matched the quality of service provided by Premier Toyota. John Baughman: I initially met with John Baughman when I first began browsing on the lot. He was excellent--extremely friendly and helpful. At no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase, nor did I feel that I was annoying him (like I felt when I went to the Nissan dealership). He asked me questions in a very friendly, pleasant and cordial manner, uncovering my needs/wants in my vehicle purchase. When we went inside to further discuss my vehicle interests, he was paged during the middle of our conversation. He continued talking with me about my vehicle. The page did not even phase him. So my mother (who was with me at the time) said "John, do you need to take that page." I will never forget his response. He said, "that page can wait; right now, you are the two most important people in my life." At that point, he had me sold. Never in my years has someone been so customer focused. A+ Paul Owens: After meeting with John, he directed me to Paul Owens. Paul was the main employee that I dealt with during my time at Premier Toyota. Paul was outstanding. The proof is in the pudding because he sold me a Toyota Rav 4. Interacting with Paul was a true pleasure. He was very friendly, cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful when discussing my choice of vehicle. He at no time was pushy, demanding, or made me feel uncomfortable. He was very collaborative and cooperative. We discussed my finances and vehicle interest. He approached the interaction, not as "just trying to sell me a car," but instead as an advisor, trying to see if his product(s) can meet my needs. This impressed me a lot. He was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles sold at Premier Toyota. When I decided on the make/model Rav 4, there were none in stock with the color that I wanted. So Paul, again, went above and beyond and sent me a video text message of a Rav 4 that was not the model I was going to purchase, but the color I wanted. He sent it to me just so I can get an idea of a color choice. When I received the text message, I was speechless. I have never had someone take such a caring, personalized touch to sales. I was showing people the video at work. My co-workers were also impressed with his personalized, customer-oriented approach. A+ Ernie Coon: I met with Ernie after I made the purchase of my Toyota Rav 4. He, too, was extremely friendly, cordial, and interested in me as a customer. He chatted with me while Paul was putting together some paperwork for my vehicle purchase. I was chatting with him about an event coming up at work. The following week, when I came in to meet with Paul again, Ernie came up to me, remembered me, and asked me about my event at work. Again, I was extremely impressed that not only did he remember me, but remembered our conversation and the details of my life. A+ In short, Premier Toyota and the 3 individuals I met with during my purchase took the sales profession to a completely different level. They were friendly, cordial, professional, cooperative, and made you (the customer) their central focus. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at Premier Toyota and the quality of service provided by John, Paul, and Ernie. I will be coming back to Premier for my next vehicle purchase, without a doubt. A+++ More
