Nanette was amazing helping me find a reasonable price on my Scion with insurance and a down payment and everything. I recently went back and purchased a 2007 Toyota Prius from Nanette. She made the process painless and even found me an amazing deal and worked with me on a reasonable price I could afford! I worked with David as my finance manager and explained everything so I could understand it and Marc was also very helpful with any further questions I had. I Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and recommend Nanette personally! More

We needed regular service on our truck as well as a bed cover. Nanette had told us what we'd need when we purchased the truck from her. We had the cover installed when we had the oil changed. My wife and I purchased our Rav4 from Nanette at Premier over 6 months ago. We are just as pleased today with our decision as we were the day we drove it off the lot. Since that time we have had the veh over 6 months ago. We are just as pleased today with our decision as we were the day we drove it off the lot. Since that time we have had the vehicle in for the 5,000 mile service. We were surprised at how painless the experience was. The service department was great to work with. We have purchased several vehicles from different dealerships in the past, but we have never returned to the same dealership, nor have we used a service department more than once. We look forward to doing business with Nanette in the future. (She has spoiled us. None of our other car buying experiences can even be compared.) We will refer anyone who asks to Nanette. More
This was the best and least pressured visit to a dealership I have ever had. Paul Owens was very helpful, allowed me to drive the used Blazer through its paces and even allowed me to put it on a li dealership I have ever had. This SUV was an EXACT copy of what I had just sadly totaled, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. Mark Ackryod was also great. Within 2 hours I had the truck keys in my hand and financing was completed within my terms. (Actually, better) Superb. Mind you, this was on a Saturday! I will be coming back here again for any future used/new car purchases. More
From the minute Christina called me to answer my email request about a new Camry, I felt comfortable with proceeding further. This turned out to be the most enjoyable experience I've ever had purchasing request about a new Camry, I felt comfortable with proceeding further. This turned out to be the most enjoyable experience I've ever had purchasing a new car. She is very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. It was a special treat to see my name on the white board when I arrived for my appointment. At that point I was still only in the "looking" stage, however, Christina's relaxed - no pressure - style quickly moved me to the purchasing stage. I truly felt like she was working to find me exactly what I wanted and not just looking to make a sale. As a matter of fact, she peaked my husband's interest in buying a new Highlander (which is remarkable in itself)! We'll see how that pans out. Upon picking up my new car, I was happy to see it in the red carpet room where Christina spent a lot of time going over all the features with me. I'm not techy at all, so it took a lot of patience, which I really appreciated. By the end of this experience, I felt like Christina was a trusted friend. I will definitely recommend her and Premier to family and friends. I love my new Camry! More
I visited the dealership on the recommendation of Carla Ontko, who had purchased three vehicles from Premier, to get an oil change for my Yaris. While waiting for the completion of the work, I spoke with one associate about cars (I collect rare sports cars), and then asked Paul Owens a few questions about a new vehicle on the "Specials" board. He knew an impressive amount of detail concerning each car, and still went out of his way to answer the extra questions I had which led to a no-pressure sales estimate for a slightly different vehicle than was in the showroom. He suggested a test drive on the exact car I was interested in, and, on our return to the dealership, arrived at an acceptable price. The follow-up paperwork was done quickly, and even the finance manager stepped in to create an even better finance deal by undercutting my own credit union's rate by a half a percent! So I am very pleased to have Premier's team and Paul Owens on my side. I felt very well "taken care of", and will be pleased to suggest the Premier Toyota dealership to family and friends. Come to think of it, my sister and her husband are looking for a pair of new cars.... More
Have taken my car in twice within the last six months (it's been less but we'll just say six) for service (once for an oil change and once for recall work). They have damaged my car both times. The first time they took a chunk out of a tire and damaged a rim; took between a week to two weeks to fix it. Most recently, they drove my car on a flat tire, damaging the sidewall. They refused to fix it, saying it was my fault the tire was broke when they picked up. Maybe the guy who picked it up shouldn't have drove it on a flat, regardless if I told him or not. Maybe he should have seen the tire pressure monitor light on and gotten out of the car, looked at the flat tire, and thought to himself "hey, maybe I shouldn't drive it this low." Been two weeks since that's happened, took ten days alone to get someone from the dealership to contact us. Was told it would be another twenty-four hours so research could be done. That was three days ago. I called to talk to the General Manager of the dealership, but was given the HR manager (the first person to contact us four days ago, told us to give her twenty-four hours)... Still no resolution from the dealership because it's a giant "he said, she said" game at this point. Customer Service score = do we have a negative available? More
