I went in to speak with Al to learn about my different options for my lease end. It was my first lease ever and I did not know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at just how helpful and patient Al options for my lease end. It was my first lease ever and I did not know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at just how helpful and patient Al was with presenting me all of my different options. He took his time and spent nearly the entire day making sure that I was able to weigh all of my choices and make sure I made the choice that I was satisfied with. Even after the sale was made, he continued to help me in the following days with certain last minute details. My experience with Al was great and I would not hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone who is not just looking for a Nissan, but any car to see what Al can do for them. I feel that I would go directly to Al any time I need to make a trip to the Premier Nissan. More
Most of the deal was online or over the phone, so I spent very little time at the dealership and there was no back and forth with the sales person. very little time at the dealership and there was no back and forth with the sales person. More
To be honest, going into a dealership has always been something I hated. We all know how car salesman are, so i don't need to go further with that. However, sometimes you get lucky! I was one of those lu something I hated. We all know how car salesman are, so i don't need to go further with that. However, sometimes you get lucky! I was one of those lucky people because i got connected with Al Safieh. Al is the Internet Sales Manager at Premier Nissan and he is awesome! Not only does he treat you with class and respect, but he isn't pushy at all and really wants to get you the best deal. Not only does he make you feel comfortable about the purchase, his service is top of the line. It was so good, that i plan on introducing my sister to him to purchase a car next week. If you want a Nissan, i highly recommend Al Safieh at Premier Nissan. More
Long story short, there was a misunderstanding in the price we had asked for. We were in the dealership for 4 hours, finished all our paper work, put down our first payment and were ready to walk out wit price we had asked for. We were in the dealership for 4 hours, finished all our paper work, put down our first payment and were ready to walk out with the car. We looked over the invoice and realized that the numbers weren't adding up. Rick Pham and Tony Warhard were asked to come in to solve the issue, but they were unbelievably rude towards us. Both came in and yelled at us, cursed at us and told the salesmen to show us out the door. We were still willing to buy the car (even if it was for more than what we asked for), but after being completely humiliated, we walked out without a car. I wasted my whole day driving there, sitting there and staying there, only to be yelled and cursed at by people who are supposedly "professionals." This was by far the WORST experience of my life. I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional "managers." I do NOT recommend even considering to go here unless you are willing to give up at least a few hours to put up some extremely difficult people who aren't willing to budge with their prices. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT! More
y husband and I went to buy a new Nissan Versa after receiving online quote from one of the Internet Managers of Premier Nissan, San Jose. First, she took almost an hour to negotiate the price with her receiving online quote from one of the Internet Managers of Premier Nissan, San Jose. First, she took almost an hour to negotiate the price with her managers. Then the manager came to us and finally after 2 hours of discussion we decided on one price. We decided to buy the car at that time and wanted to finance from them as there was $500 rebate if we finance with Nissan. They had only one Finance Manager at that time and we waited for 2 more hours for that guy. Finally we started filling the documents required for financing and then we noticed that the price that we agreed and this price is not matching. There was a $2500 price difference. Then we called the Manager with whom we have negotiated and finally that guy tells us that there was a miscommunication between his boss and himself. He apologized for his mistake. We were ok and about to leave as the price didn't work out for us and then their Ecommerce Director, Richard Jenkins, came to us and started laughing by saying that how can we expect a Nissan Versa at that price. He also said he would have bought 1000 cars if that is the price. We really got mad and tried to explain that the mistake was from the manager who we were interacting with. This stupid was not ready to accept the mistake and started arguing with us. We were really surprised with his arrogance and didn't want to prolong the discussion with him. So, we came out after wasting 5hrs of our time on Sunday. Moral of the story : Don't even go to Premier Nissan in San Jose and if you go there don't interact with Richard Jenkins.....he is a jerk More
