We're from out of town and our car was towed to this Nissan Service location. Paul was extremely helpful in all areas and throughout the entire process. The only slight negative I would point out about the dealership: a couple of dealers will work with other dealers to get the exact color I wanted. Dealership trying to forced us to keep vehicle that we were told had options we wanted but discovered not equipped with options(power door locks). Truck we purchased was told had power door locks and it d were told had options we wanted but discovered not equipped with options(power door locks). Truck we purchased was told had power door locks and it does not. Requested for problem to be resolved the next day after purchase. We had to email and call for three weeks before we got service and were told that truck not equipped with power door locks. Truck equipped with modules in doors. Have to shut off motor to unlock doors and start motor to lock doors. Staff ignoring us not returning calls or emails. More
