Awesome Experience! I went here with a friend to go check out a Nissan Frontier. Two hours later I drove off the lot with a brand new truck! Great experience I went to this dealership two weeks ago to lease a new Nissan Leaf, I initially entered my inquiry online and Sohee got back to me very quickly. Her I went to this dealership two weeks ago to lease a new Nissan Leaf, I initially entered my inquiry online and Sohee got back to me very quickly. Her quote makes sense, unlike another dealer saying something like "$99" - I am willing to make fair trade with the dealer but I strongly prefer they just go straight and give me a quote, not using some ridiculously low price as bait and followed by tons of hidden fees. Anyway, after I decided to talk to this dealer, Sohee was very friendly and helpful right from the start, and on the day I decided to take a look at the car and bring it home, her service was also great. Never tried to talk to me for some upgrade, totally respected what I want and just concentrated on finding me a good one (they are all new cars, but some have lower milage than others). Overall, my experience with Sohee has been very positive and I would recommend her to my friends if any of them want to buy a Nissan. More

Minh was great Master Minh Tran was very helpful and professional. However we also dealt with KP who tried to change the price on us when we didn't want to finance e Master Minh Tran was very helpful and professional. However we also dealt with KP who tried to change the price on us when we didn't want to finance even though we had initially been told by a "sales manager" the day before that we could get the original price quoted and still pay cash. We felt like we were being tricked and eventually we found a middle ground. I still have high ratings because Minh had nothing to do with it and he was great but we will not be going back to that dealership. :-) More

Leasing Nissan Leaf We went to Premier Nissan on March 30th, 2014 to lease a Leaf. The sale person, Robert was very knowledgeable and explained all the features during th We went to Premier Nissan on March 30th, 2014 to lease a Leaf. The sale person, Robert was very knowledgeable and explained all the features during the the test drive. We decided to take a 3 years lease. the Sales manager KB was also very helpful and worked out a good deal for us. Right before picking up the car, I noticed I was getting a 2013 model instead of 2014. In order to correct the issue we had to redo the financing and we had to pickup the car the next day. We spend more than 7 hours at the dealership which was exhausting and I had to make plan adjustments for my wife's birthday. Overall, we were pleased with the deal. Robert worked hard to makeup for the mistake and he even offered a free dinner for two at my wife's favorite restaurant. We appreciated the offer, but didn't take it. I will right another review at the end of the lease term in 3 years and explain my experience for returning the lease. More
