WHILE I WAS WORKING THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO HELP ME GET INTO A NEW CAR AND BRING DOWN MY PAYMENTS!!! THEY STAYED LATE, AND HAD EVERYTHING READY FOR ME WHEN I GOT THERE TO SIGN. BECAUSE IT WAS AFTER HOURS THE DEALERSHIP WAS NOT ABLE TO DETAIL THE CAR FOR ME, BUT MADE SURE TO TELL ME THAT I CAN BRING THE CAR UP ANYTIME AND THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT AND THEN SOME. Amazing experience yet again!! I'm not one to write reviews, however I recently had an experience purchasing a Nissan that I just had to share. We had such a positive experience buy I'm not one to write reviews, however I recently had an experience purchasing a Nissan that I just had to share. We had such a positive experience buying our last car with the help of Jim Slamin, that we decided to look to him for help with our next purchase of the Nissan rogue. Once again, we were beyond thrilled!! Jim made sure our needs were met from start to finish. Even when it came to occupying our 2 year old! Ha! P.s. he's great with kids ?? Being that time was limited and I had my lo with us, I was expecting the worse...stress, craziness, waiting, my child crying...etc etc .. And I was absolutely wrong! It was great! Jim stayed with me through the whole process making sure I was happy the entire time! He helped with my son and made the entire experience one that I am still smiling about. It can be so stressful to try and car shop with kids, but you would never know it shopping here! I highly recommend it to anyone with limited time! Thank you so much Jim!! And I love our new Rogue!!! Was exploring accessories/parts for my Frontier Pro-4X and saw that Premier, my local Nissan dealer, had a 15% off promo. I called the parts dept. about the item I wanted, and they danced around the 15% and saw that Premier, my local Nissan dealer, had a 15% off promo. I called the parts dept. about the item I wanted, and they danced around the 15% off deal, eventually offering me the accessory at list price plus tax with no shipping charge. I agreed altho I thought it wasn't any great deal weighed against the supposed 15% off promo. Up side was when I offered to come in to pay for the item they said I could pay when it came in. That was just about 2 months ago; there's been no follow up call from the parts dept. I didn't buy the truck (got it new last summer) from this dealer but that shouldn't make any difference. When looking for a new "small" p'up I decided on the Frontier because I obviously liked it (it replaced my 18 year old Ford Ranger), JD Power ratings were very good, and just as important there was a local dealer "just in case." But no follow thru by the dealer is really poor customer relations and has me thinking twice about patronizing them in the future. It might seem trivial but it's not to me: Their apparent inability to manage something as simple as the parts ordering process has me seriously questioning how well they manage service/parts side of the business overall. I shouldn't have to call them to follow up so they can get my business; earning a customer's business is their job. From a "big picture" perspective ( I realize this is subjective), I'll repeat that I like this truck but my customer relations experiences from both Nissan dealers I've dealt with so far has me seriously questioning how Nissan sees customer relations.
