Dishonest employees, poorly ran department Bought a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder from Fremont Center and brought it here for my first service in November. Vehicle had 5000 miles on it hence its very first service of its lifetime. Drove for another 480 miles and my vehicle started pouring out white smoke from the tail pipe. Thinking possible engine damage I had it towed to Nissan Fremont Service Center. After there employees assessed the problem, I got a call from there service manager who was “confused” as to why a foreign oil filter was installed on my car and that my oil level was overfilled causing my car to smoke. Now, why would I take my car in after 480 miles for ANOTHER OIL CHANGE, install a Non Nissan oil filter, and overfill the oil? Because I didn’t, there employees are taking the Nissan parts and selling them for a profit in their side business and installing foreign parts...oh and they sure as heck cant fill up the oil level to a mark that’s for sure. When I talked to management they are certain that it wasn’t there employees installing incorrect parts, so it must have been me huh? run away as fast as possible. That is all! More

Damaged my car during warranty repairs and refused to accept responsibility! I asked their stern, majestic, bald-headed Service head Bryon Kovacs to simply provide me two still shots: Before and after: i.e. when I drove in versus when they drove the car out.....he gave me the classic runaround for days refusing to provide that simple info to me, saying his lone IT guy is handling all the surveillance cameras in seven Bay Area Nissan stores is "oh, so very busy"....I then complained to their GM too, Carlos Mandigma, who it seems thought it is better to stay under the bed and rake in the moolah! Shameless guys....oh, their service guy Alex Lira was the exception...really good guy, but in a pathetic money-grabbing, unethical swamp called Fremont Nissan, which Trump never even promised to clean up, did he? Stinking place...DO NOT GO THERE (this is not my first review of these shameless guys) More

The worst experience ever at this dealership, RUN! I have been lied to here when I went to buy a car. First of all they advertised Nissan Altima discounts on their website but when I went in the sales I have been lied to here when I went to buy a car. First of all they advertised Nissan Altima discounts on their website but when I went in the sales person tried to sell me this car at the base price (difference was mind you 8K!!!) So when I pointed him to the website of his dealership where discounts were advertised he turned red and we started bargaining from the advertised price. Before going there (I live 30 miles from their location) I negotiated with person on the e-mail and phone. I told person on the phone (different one than I dealt with in the dealership) that this is my budget can you give me this car for my budget I got positive response. I also confirmed that in the e-mail so I have this in writing. When I showed this communication Manager at that dealership completely ignored it and offered price which was 1.5K over my budget. When I questioned their ethics and why what was offered in the e-mail can't be granted the manager (Asian guy forgot his name unfortunately) said, "oh we just wanted you to come to dealership this e-mail doesn't give you any guarantee and so new price is this, sorry." So I wasted 3 hours of my time to come there and listen to their lies, pretty much. I also told this manager that no wonder you have 1.5 stars on Yelp, and he laughed it off saying NOBODY READS THOSE REVIEWS! When we drove off manager and sales people were laughing openly at us, can you imagine customer service at this dealership? They are unethical people WHO HAVE NO RESPECT for their customers or what customers have to say. Please do not give them your business. More

I am stupid to pay upfront for 5 years maintenance plan on my Quest when I made Dealer of Premier Nissan of Fremont is nothing but cheater and liar. I am stupid to pay upfront for 5 years maintenance plan on my Quest when I made a purchase at this dealer shop. When maintenance plan was bought lots of promises were made, I paid approx $1900/- extra for maintenance plan. And when I started taking maintenance service, I came to know they will be serving only 10 services to my car which includes 8 oil change and 2 major services. Major service does not include 60K miles service. What the xxxx!!! More
Don't bring any cars here for service or talk to anyone here On May 12th I checked in my 2013 Gtr r35 into this dealership under full warranty. Frankie Gonzalez checked me in with some weird preliminary estimate on my car which I thought was weird since the warranty still existed. I had the following checked: Left paddle shifter showing resistance Ac knob loose Clunking noise in the rear end These guys are very INEXPERIENCED with the gtr like they never seen a lowered vehicle before with undercarriage scrapes and impact from bumps/uneven road. 1) The so called Gtr specialist Scott (older white guy) told me my paddle shifter have been refinished before and now showing milky color with scratches all over, hence cannot be warrantied. Well.. Guess what, this is how the paddles' finish look like when new exclusively for 2013&2014 Gtr. 2) Ac knob is functional as tested and works flawless 3) The clunking noise was unknown but only happens in reverse when steering wheel is turned. I wanted to replicate the noise right away and Frankie insisted to have the Gtr checked by the Gtr mechanic only. The main concern was the clunking noise. These guys never tried isolate the noise but to bad mouth how much scrapes & damage is underneath the vehicle like this is their first Gtr they see in the service department. Long story short, due to the loose shield panels from all the fragile Nissan plastic fasteners that break during removal to do the maintenance. Premier Nissan does not want to investigate further because (1) paddle shifter may have been tampered and (2) loss of fasteners and bolts missing and stated in their own terms that my car has been in an accident and isn't willing to touch the vehicle (1 owner clean Carfax). I was frustrated because they never pointed out the issue and still charged me $161 for the warranty work which they are NOT legally to do. Loose panels does not void any type of warranty just so you know. On May 14th afternoon, I was charged $161 and didn't even get a courtesy vacuum & car wash. This is not how you treat any owners that come into your dealership. I left with my beloved Gtr immediately fearing they will intentionally damage the vehicle from their inexperienced tech. I took it to another Nissan the following day. I was greeted with politeness and within a few hours of diagnostic, I was told the parts were faulty and indeed in warranty coverage. I pay $0 for all the issues I listed above. I will be posting my experience on all the forums and call Nissan of North America on how much fraud Is going on in this place. Service manager is Brian which called me with false accusation, and gets worked up of being butt hurt that other dealer is getting paid to work on my car. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO GET SCAMMED! Whether you have warranty or not, these guys will make any excuses to not work on your car and take your money regardless. More

Edmond Lu from the finance department is the worst guy I had ever met in USA. They overcharged me like around 5k and when asked they really dont care giving you proper answer. I had called them 100 times in the last two weeks and left a bunch of voice mails to him and never got a call back. If you really want to buy a nissan product atleast please avoid going to Premier Nissan at fremont. Otherwise just avoid a nissan product. Once again i'm only writing this review as I dont want anybody else to get cheated like I was. Every single person in there is a liar and cheater. More
We went to look for a Kia since this delaership alos sells Kia. We had a price from Carwoo. They took 2 hours of ignoring and lying to us to give us a very low trade in value ( $2000 less than an sells Kia. We had a price from Carwoo. They took 2 hours of ignoring and lying to us to give us a very low trade in value ( $2000 less than antoher dealership) and only after arguing for about an hour woudl honor the price they had quoted on carwoo (and took the value away with the extremely low trade in). It took us over 30 minutes to get our keys back to our car that was being evaluated 1.5 hours ago for trade-in. I would not buy anything there and would not trust anything they said. More
