After she’d had several other dealership encounters that were very negative, I went with my elderly mother to Premier Nissan as “reinforcement,” expecting the same treatment. She had been corresponding with Junior about a pre owned Versa she was interested in. Junior showed us the car, we took it for a drive and decided to move forward. I told Junior that my mother was frustrated with her other experiences and wasn’t up to the offer/counter offer dance. She wanted to spend X amount of dollars total, she had Y number of dollars down and her credit score of this many points. She had an approved loan from her credit union at a very good APR, but we wanted to see if the finance department had anything better. I was ready to leave at the first sign of anything shady, like her experiences at the other dealerships. Junior took our terms to Phillip. The car was already priced under book value, so he couldn’t come down any lower. That was fine. He put the numbers together and under an hour, there was an agreement to buy the car for an amount so close to what she was willing to pay that we couldn’t pass it up. Since Premier works directly with her credit union, they took care of working with the credit union to finalize the loan. One less thing to worry about. When it was time to sign the paperwork, Phillip was the one to go over everything. He was awesome! Funny, friendly and he knows his stuff. No condescension, no wasted time and no attitude. From the time I drove my car onto the lot until my mom drove her Versa off the lot, we were there for under 2.5 hours. While we were chatting with Phillip, he told us about their recruiting of new sales team members in an effort to make their customers comfortable. It’s working. Junior is not at all what one imagines when hearing the term “car salesman.” He was courteous and respectful. He is highly professional. I’m so grateful to Junior and Phillip for making this such an easy purchase. Thank you!!!! More
Worst experience ever. They ran my credit score not once, not twice but 4 times! Maybe more, I’m still receiving letters from different credit agencies and when I contacted the General Sales Manager he did n not twice but 4 times! Maybe more, I’m still receiving letters from different credit agencies and when I contacted the General Sales Manager he did not care about messing up my credit or what I have to say about it, he only said that I approved those transaction just for filling out the form they have online. I read the “agreement” and it’s ok if they had to run my credit score once or twice but NOT 4-5 times my credit score went down 101 points for all the times they ran it. They don’t care about their customers. More

Not friendly at all, the adviser didn't even explain me what are all the services provided for my car. Even after asking he asked me to look at the papers for details. He didnt even bother to answer any of the question. I felt like, it's is better to go for a body shop rather choosing the nissan dealer of fremont for service. He also mentioned because I didn't him a good rating during my last visit, that's the reason he's behaving like this to me. Then only I realized I went to the same adviser last time too. I would have not went to him if I knew that before. Also, nissan fremont service has stopped shuttle service too, it seems(again adviser only said that), I doubt that now, because I see that it's available in their website while scheduling a service. Dishonest employees, poorly ran department Bought a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder from Fremont Center and brought it here for my first service in November. Vehicle had 5000 miles on it hence its very first service of its lifetime. Drove for another 480 miles and my vehicle started pouring out white smoke from the tail pipe. Thinking possible engine damage I had it towed to Nissan Fremont Service Center. After there employees assessed the problem, I got a call from there service manager who was “confused” as to why a foreign oil filter was installed on my car and that my oil level was overfilled causing my car to smoke. Now, why would I take my car in after 480 miles for ANOTHER OIL CHANGE, install a Non Nissan oil filter, and overfill the oil? Because I didn’t, there employees are taking the Nissan parts and selling them for a profit in their side business and installing foreign parts...oh and they sure as heck cant fill up the oil level to a mark that’s for sure. When I talked to management they are certain that it wasn’t there employees installing incorrect parts, so it must have been me huh? run away as fast as possible. That is all! More
