The entire place smells of cigarette smoke. I went in to talk to a specific salesperson. Front desk guy wouldn't leave me alone and was very hostile. I asked him not to speak with me. When I left I said I wanted to never be contacted again. He said it wasn't a problem and he would do that. But didn't take down any of my information and went out to vape instead. More

After 12 years of loyalty as a Nissan LEAF customer, I had the most disappointing experience at this Bay Area dealership. I strongly advise against purchasing, leasing, or servicing Nissan EVs here. Over three grueling months, my vehicle’s EV module issue was misdiagnosed, and the staff wrongly replaced a perfectly functional 12V battery—then charged me for it. Despite raising the issue with management, they refused to reimburse the cost. Both the senior manager and GM showed a complete lack of responsiveness and concern for customer loyalty or repeat business. This dealership’s incompetence and dishonesty are a disservice to EV owners. More
