I have been a customer since 2006 and have had nothing less than a fantastic experience. The sales persons know their job and let you be in charge of the deal. The service department is outstanding. After visiting a different Nissan dealer, I decided to do some comparative shopping at Sutherlin Nissan. When I went in, I told the salesman that I was only "looking/doing comparative shopping" on behalf of some comparative shopping at Sutherlin Nissan. When I went in, I told the salesman that I was only "looking/doing comparative shopping" on behalf of my husband and had previously found the car we would probably buy. I spent several hours with Sylvester Gary and was quite impressed with how he went out of his way to make sure I found the car I wanted and was quite patient while I test drove numerous cars. Sylvestor never pressured me to buy a car that day. He pointed out the features of each car and the advantages of one over the other. I appreciated that, especially since I had been pressured at the other dealer to buy a car that day. My husband an I went back to talk to Sylvester later that day and completed our purchase of a new Murano. More
I've been going to Sutherlin for service on my Nissan Altima I bought from them for the past 2 years and they have always been great. I returned from vacation to find that one of my tires didn't look quite right. I called the dealership's service department the next morning and they were able to schedule me at the time requested. I was running late, but they worked with me, got the oil changed, tires rotated, and plugged a nail hole in the bad tire, all in under 90 minutes so I could make it to a doctor's appointment. The service team at Sutherlin is always very professional and friendly. More

This dealership was near my parents when I visited over Christmas. I lived in South Carolina but decided to visit because I had some extra time. I went for a test drive one day and the customer associate was knowledgeable but did not "oversell" and try to get me to buy that day. I was torn between the 2012 Altima and 2012 Ford Fusion. I have always had Ford's but I really enjoyed the test drive. I returned the next day after visiting the Ford Dealership. I spoke with the same associate and we worked out a great price. I have since returned to the dealership for oil changes and simple service and have been equally impressed with their service department. I highly recommend this dealership and will return for my next purchase. More
As always, Sutherlin's dedication to customer service is second to none. I really appreciate each member of your team. While I was there yesterday, I was told that the cabin filter needed to be replaced a second to none. I really appreciate each member of your team. While I was there yesterday, I was told that the cabin filter needed to be replaced and it would cost $95. I could not afford to make that repair at the time and also wondered why this would be necessary as I purchased the car in June. The service advisor explained that depending on the mileage when I purchased (it's a 2011), this may have been replaced at 15K miles. At any rate, the service manager heard the exchange and offered to replace the filter the next time I came in with no charge of labor bringing the cost down to about $40. He didn't have to do that, but I really appreciated the time he took to talk to me about my concern. Keep up the great work! More
I am a long time customer of Southerlin Nissan Mall of Georgia and I would like to take this opportunity after my recent service to share what has become the "routine" experience I have with them. I've been a customer since 2007 and in that time they have performed dozens of services on my truck. Each and every experience has been extremely positive, particularly with regards to the service department staff. These people really seem to love their work, and it shows in their interactions with their customers. They go out of their way to keep me informed every step of the way, making sure that I really understand what the issues are and what steps should be taken to resolve the issues. This allows me to make informed decisions and keeps me confident that they are working in my best interests. The value of the staff at Southerlin cannot be overstated, they are truly excellent people and should be a model for other dealerships. While the price of service may be higher than what would be charged by "That guy your cousin's boyfriend knows" the quality of work performed here at Southerlin is second to none. The technicians always to a great job quickly and effectively performing the services needed to keep my vehicle running like new (It's well over 130,000 miles at this point, but you would never guess based on the mechanical state that it is in, thanks to Southerlin). You may find a better price, but you will NOT find a better value, I guarantee it. See for yourself, stop in any day of the week and ask for Sean. You won't regret it! More
