Not ideal. John in their service department was professional and courteous. They took care of my vehicle and made sure I was set up with a loaner so transportation to work was not an issue. They also made sure I was set moving forward and they made sure I knew I was covered. Got my car running like new! More

The availability for appts. In MD, I may have to wait 2 weeks for an OIL CHANGE! I've called as late as a Friday, and could get in the next day. The key here, consistency. Helpful every time!! I ordered parts for my Kia online at MyKiaparts.com (which this dealership runs) and Greg , the gentleman in parts not only told me about 2 small part I ordered parts for my Kia online at MyKiaparts.com (which this dealership runs) and Greg , the gentleman in parts not only told me about 2 small parts i did not know i needed when i ordered item but also when we had difficulties with shipping he went above and beyond to make sure i got part! When i called again to order more parts (cause he was so great the 1st time :) he proceeded to seek information about the problem i was having with my car so he could give input and returned my call promptly. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this dealership and mykiaparts.com because they care about their customers and because of the stellar experience i had with Greg in their parts department! ! More

Love my car, great service I bought a 2012 Kia Soul from Premier Kia, and I absolutely love my car. The people at the dealership are really nice, and the guy who sold me the car I bought a 2012 Kia Soul from Premier Kia, and I absolutely love my car.
