My 2016 Kia Forte's First Oil Change Today I took my 2016 Kia Forte in for it's first oil change since I purchased it in January of 2020. Omar greeted me as soon as I walked in. He took m Today I took my 2016 Kia Forte in for it's first oil change since I purchased it in January of 2020. Omar greeted me as soon as I walked in. He took my keys, put material in the car to protect the interior. After finishing the oil change and new filter, Omar explained to me that they gave it a quick wash as well. I was pleased since this winter I have not had a chance to wash my car. The waiting room was clean and I enjoyed a cup of coffee while I waited. Thanks Omar for your friendliness to this old gentleman and your helpfulness when I asked you questions I was unsure of. More

Shady, shady sheisters... went in to get 4 tires mounted and balanced and getting my old tires back with 47k on them was like pulling teeth! Not only that, but as a 23 yr old female I always feel like i’m and balanced and getting my old tires back with 47k on them was like pulling teeth! Not only that, but as a 23 yr old female I always feel like i’m getting taken advantage of here every time they try to sell me a cabin air filter for $50 when I know that they only cost $8. It’s outrageous. Needless to say, I will not be going back. More
