I NEVER get the feeling that I am being charged for work that is not required. As a single female I have often felt and actually experienced this elsewhere. These guys are just great. I bought my Kia Soul( which I love) from them about 1 1/2 months ago. You would think that since they already sold me the car they didn't have to be as nice, but you would be wro love) from them about 1 1/2 months ago. You would think that since they already sold me the car they didn't have to be as nice, but you would be wrong. I went there for my first oil change( I do a lot of driving ) and I had some questions. I spoke to Derek in the Service Department about a few topics and he was fantastic. I like to be sure I understand, so I'm one of those customers that asks a lot of questions. He didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need and not only did he conduct himself in a professional manner, he was also very patient and friendly with me. While there I also had a hood wind deflector installed to help keep my car safer from those shooting tiny rocks in the highway. One had done some damage already and I didn't want anymore. The price included installation and it was a great price. Derek helped me with that too. I also interacted with Nathan and Liam, about some other questions I had, and was treated as if I was a good friend visiting during the holidays. These two are very classy guys and, like the last time, it was a pleasure talking to them. All my questions were fully answered, and they didn't make me feel like I was imposing, that's how nice these guys are. Heck if I could, I would have bought another car from them. The new 2014 Kia Soul looks soooooooooo sweet; inside and out. Anyway, I thought they deserved a little recognition for not leaving their good nature at the end of my purchase.
