Customer Service after the sale was very poor. (See Below) Mr. Towers (Sales) did not return calls in a timely manner. Over a week to resolve a simple problem. Prior to purchasing my 2012 Kia Sportage I had gone to another dealership. Well the first dealership lied to me, didn't listen to what I wanted, kept trying to up sell me on something different and came another dealership. Well the first dealership lied to me, didn't listen to what I wanted, kept trying to up sell me on something different and came nowhere near the price I was looking for. Even though they kept telling me how hungry they were and really wanted my business. Then I went to Premier Kia. I can't say enough good things about them, especially my salesperson, Daniel. He listened to what I wanted and needed, didn't try to up sell me, was polite and attentive and never pushy. Best of all, he gave me the exact price I was looking to pay. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Especially Daniel. More
