He didn't just focus on the car we purchased—he took the time to educate us on other models as well, offering insights into the full range of Kia vehicles. His knowledge was impressive, and he provided us with more information than we expected, which made us feel confident in our decision. What really stood out was Owen's patience and understanding. He answered every question we had, no matter how big or small, and never made us feel rushed during test drives. After the purchase, he went the extra mile, taking the time to teach us how to use all the advanced technology in our new vehicle.
