It was easy to schedule a service appointment. I received a call back when I didn’t get an answer. Check in was really good. Mr. Kevin was very friendly and personable. I was told it could take up to 90 minutes and that was acceptable to me. But 3 hours is too long to wait for an oil change. Other positives include the spacious waiting area and the WiFi connection.
