Wife was stranded when her water pump went out and her vehicle was towed to this dealership. It was towed on a Saturday and they did not even begin working on it until Thursday, even though she was from o vehicle was towed to this dealership. It was towed on a Saturday and they did not even begin working on it until Thursday, even though she was from out of state and stuck there on her own for five days. I understand there are regular customers that are scheduled before an out of town drop in. However,there are exceptions and common courtesy that should come into play. Evidently, that is not the case with this dealership. Calls to the general manager to try and get some assistance were shielded and a return call from him was never received. Then to top it off, when the car was finally returned after they had test driven it, my wife pointed out to them that something was hanging from the bottom of the car. They returned it to the shop and brought it back to her a few minutes later with some type of shield in the back that they said had probably been damaged by the tow truck. (Keep in mind that the vehicle was driven up on the truck and driven off at the dealership not towed behind) They then told my wife that all she needed to do was get some bolts and put it back on! I have a question. If this was your wife, your mother, or your daughter, how would you like for them to be treated? Your customer service is pathetic! We took the vehicle into our local dealership and they put the cover back on in just a few minutes. They could only shake their head that you had not bothered to just bolt it back on. Once again, you need to learn something about customer service and your general manager needs to come out from behind his shield and actually hear from people. I think if he would then something like this would never happen. I wish I could give you zero stars but one is as low as the rating goes! More

Every where I went was the same feeling of being pressured into buying that day or paying a price I wasn't totally comfortable with. I search the Internet find good looking trucks for great price but when I get there they say "oh we just sold that but let's look at this much higher priced truck" (another dirty tactic for sale end to use in the new age). Mrs. Rhonda and EVERYONE at Hernderson Ford was extremely helpful, professional, and simply put, genuine!! I found a truck on their website made the hour drive and it was actually there, and better than what the pictures and details described. There was absolutely no pressure selling, no two faced talk, nothing dishonest, just great service. Do yourself a favor and go to their dealership. I promise you will not regret it if you find a vehicle you like. More

I'm not interested in, " scotch guarding fabric, nor paint sealant," nor anything extra that I don't particularly want. The Boss has quality standards that haven't changed, that's also positive.
