Service was quick, fair, courteous and thoughtful Recently had to have my '08 Liberty towed in for service to re-replace a Rear Pinion Seal that had been serviced at Premier a couple of weeks earlier. Recently had to have my '08 Liberty towed in for service to re-replace a Rear Pinion Seal that had been serviced at Premier a couple of weeks earlier. Received, friendly same-day service, comp credit toward my towing, new seal at NC and a courtesy ride from my home to pick up he Jeep when it was ready. Battery (apparently the original) was DOA in their lot, so with my approval they included replacement in the RO. These folks are nice to deal with, helpfully alert when servicing a vehicle and obviously stand behind their work. Doesn't get much better than this. More

All the tires in my new 2016 RAM Bighorn truck were reading very low. Try as I might, I went to 4 gas stations whose air systems were down, frozen or otherwise inoperable. Finally, I stopped in at Premier, where John Lendval saw me as I was going to to the service department. He immediately took my truck, had the tire pressures set properly, and sent me on my way...and would not accept anything in return. I am 62 and I have been driving for 45 years...and I have never been treated more courteously in my adult life. This dealership, and John Lendval in particular, are spectacular. I am so very impressed with the gracious nature of the staff, and wish to make sure that he knows his kindness was appreciated. Please share this with him. More

It is without a doubt a probe;em with the painting process when the Jeep was built. Ashley , Thank You very much!!! Also like to thank John, the service manager for his help with this. Problem Resolved On 10/6/16 I took my 2016 Durango R/T (4 months old w/2400 miles) in for a problem with squeeling brakes.I was basically advised that it was somethin On 10/6/16 I took my 2016 Durango R/T (4 months old w/2400 miles) in for a problem with squeeling brakes.I was basically advised that it was something I would have to live with due to semi-metallic disc pads,which was totally unacceptable to me on a 4 month old vehicle with 2400 miles.Upon receiving this bit of news I promptly wrote a review blasting the dealership. On 10/7/16 I received a call from John advising he had spoken with Brian(service tech) relative to the problem and they consulted with Chrysler Corp.and felt as they had a remedy for the problem. On 10/13/16 I returned the vehicle and met with Michelle (service advisor) who had all paperwork ready to go along with a loaner vehicle and even though I was there over an annoying problem which I was told I'd have to live with (not by Michelle) she was most courteous,professional and efficient as were John and Brian.My vehicle was repaired on time and totally under warranty.At this time I can only say I will return for any additional services and a LARGE thanks to John,Michele and Brian for going the extra mile.I also received a return call from John today to see if all was good with the vehicle. More

service manager great i had my Grand Cherokee serviced at Premier a few weeks ago. One of the items on the list was to complete the wiring harness set up to pull a trailer. i had my Grand Cherokee serviced at Premier a few weeks ago. One of the items on the list was to complete the wiring harness set up to pull a trailer. It was not done correctly, which We discovered a day before leaving on a trip. I called my service advisor who was rude and not acting with the urgency required to correct the problem. But the service MANAGER jumped right in, was wonderful, took the car in and fixed the problem in 15 minutes; also very apologetic about the whole thing. He was fabulous so if you are having a problem just ask for him. This review is based on this encounter only. More

Price gouged!!! Charges EXCESSIVE diagnostic fees, that are not applied against repairs. I needed a gas cap, and was charged 150$ to 'diagnose PLUS 21$ for the actual cap, then charged 2, 75$ fees for 1) are not applied against repairs. I needed a gas cap, and was charged 150$ to 'diagnose PLUS 21$ for the actual cap, then charged 2, 75$ fees for 1) a problem they could NOT even replicate AND 2) for something that turned out to be "Normal". Then they dreamed up a 680$ estimate for body work, which I got done at a local body shop for 115$, and then the dealer said I needed some other repair (dangerous if not done)for 280$. And NONE of the 300$ plus diagnostic fees would offset the dealers "recommended" service items. Would never recommend this dealer, and will tell EVERY jeep owner I know to STAY AWAY!! I am purchasing two other jeep vehicles, and will go to some other dealer, no matter how far away, to avoid Premier Jeep Cape Cod. More
