Called Premier first thing Monday morning and although they couldn't service my vehicle the same day (which was expected), they looked at it right away on Tuesday and had it serviced within a few hours. Lauren Pavao was excellent to deal with and Matt Brillant took care of me promptly once I arrived to drop my vehicle off and pick it up. I can't speak highly enough of them and how professionally, courteously and promptly I was dealt with - especially since I was an out-of-towner. More

Excellent experience as always At Premier Jeep!!! Premier Jeep in Hyannis has an excellent Service Center that is an absolute pleasure to deal with!!! They are hospitable, honest, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable and their service center is super squeaky clean and visually pleasing, and the bathrooms are very lovely and clean too. I had a flat tire today and was greeted by their driver, an absolute darling young man with a lovely smile and then assisted by Lauren Pavao (: She was Awesome!!! Extremely warm, competent and helpful. I did not get the gentleman's name that performed the service but he was great too!! Lauren brought me right out to the service floor so I could see exactly what the issue was with the Mechanic. This is the only Service Center that I have ever gone to where they will honestly tell you if work is necessary or also if it is NOT necessary. I have had multiple occasions where I have thought that I would have to spend more money and they have actually come back to me and saved me money.. Imagine that!! totally unheard of in the Auto Dealership Service industry. If there is anything serious that needs to be dealt with for my vehicle I would not trust anyone else but Premier Jeep Service Center. Always a pleasure, always a fabulous experience. I waited in a very fine waiting area and the vehicle was ready in about an hour just like I was told. I've been involved with the retail service industry and I consider that the treatment that I had on that that was outstanding and that Ms. Dockham is an asset to your business.
