Joe and the whole team made me feel immediately comfortable and right at home. The entire process wasn't stressful at all, which is not what I've experienced in the past at other dealerships! I love my new car; it's exactly what I wanted, and I got it for a great price. I cannot recommend Joe O'Brien and Premier Cape Cod highly enough. Purchasing my new cerified pre-owned vehicle from Joe at Premier was a totally different car buying experience than I've ever had before! More

Second purchase from Joe O'Brien at Premier I bought my first Jeep Compass from Joe O'Brien in 2014 and when I decided to upgrade to a newer year and different model there was no question that I I bought my first Jeep Compass from Joe O'Brien in 2014 and when I decided to upgrade to a newer year and different model there was no question that I would go back and see Joe. He is always polite & informative and makes the process actually fun. He made my daughter & myself feel like family when we walked in the door. We were never rushed. Just a great experience. More

Premier service! Two years ago I purchased my first Jeep from Joe. I bought a two door Wrangler and I loved it. Two weeks ago I brought my daughter in to meet Joe an Two years ago I purchased my first Jeep from Joe. I bought a two door Wrangler and I loved it. Two weeks ago I brought my daughter in to meet Joe and look at a car for her and I left with a new Jeep. It was a four door loaner car with only 3000 miles on it. Joe told me about the warranty advantages and did the numbers on my Jeep and I was sold. I love my new Jeep and the experience was easy, professional and as always fun. More

service manager great i had my Grand Cherokee serviced at Premier a few weeks ago. One of the items on the list was to complete the wiring harness set up to pull a trailer. i had my Grand Cherokee serviced at Premier a few weeks ago. One of the items on the list was to complete the wiring harness set up to pull a trailer. It was not done correctly, which We discovered a day before leaving on a trip. I called my service advisor who was rude and not acting with the urgency required to correct the problem. But the service MANAGER jumped right in, was wonderful, took the car in and fixed the problem in 15 minutes; also very apologetic about the whole thing. He was fabulous so if you are having a problem just ask for him. This review is based on this encounter only. More

Price gouged!!! Charges EXCESSIVE diagnostic fees, that are not applied against repairs. I needed a gas cap, and was charged 150$ to 'diagnose PLUS 21$ for the actual cap, then charged 2, 75$ fees for 1) are not applied against repairs. I needed a gas cap, and was charged 150$ to 'diagnose PLUS 21$ for the actual cap, then charged 2, 75$ fees for 1) a problem they could NOT even replicate AND 2) for something that turned out to be "Normal". Then they dreamed up a 680$ estimate for body work, which I got done at a local body shop for 115$, and then the dealer said I needed some other repair (dangerous if not done)for 280$. And NONE of the 300$ plus diagnostic fees would offset the dealers "recommended" service items. Would never recommend this dealer, and will tell EVERY jeep owner I know to STAY AWAY!! I am purchasing two other jeep vehicles, and will go to some other dealer, no matter how far away, to avoid Premier Jeep Cape Cod. More
