there service is the worst, I asked the service advisor to call with questions or up dates, in the two weeks the truck was there i called 5 or 6 times, not one return call, they replaced two parts that wer to call with questions or up dates, in the two weeks the truck was there i called 5 or 6 times, not one return call, they replaced two parts that were not related to the problem and when i did pick up the truck there was so much bird poop on the windshield i couldn't see to drive, the topper was as soon as i got on the road the check engine light came back on, I went back, the advisers advise was to keep driving the truck the light will probably go off, I have be a GM customer from 3 or 4 different owners of this dealer, some good some not so good but Premier is by far the worst of them all,i will not be going back More

They will agree to anything over phone but when you get there, they will not honor price and try to sell you a used car with 700 miles as “new” I don’t know if there is such a thing as winding back the mileage on the odometer but there is NOWAY a car with 700 miles looked that’s used up. The seats were clearly old and the mats were beaten up. DROVE 2 hours there to be tricked! VERY VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE!!!!!BEWARE. Dealing with Peninsula Chevrolet, Cadillac, Hyundai has to be about the worst experienc I'm not a young man, and have dealt with numerous businesses. Dealing with Peninsula Chevrolet, Cadillac, Hyundai has to be about the worst experience ever. They are not concerned about you as a possible life long customer. They are only in it for the money, your money! My transaction cost me way too much time, and way too many promises were given and broken. In the end it cost me over $3,500 out of my own pocket to get my car fixed somewhere else, as they were incapable, or did not care enough do do the work right the first time. I will never set foot in their dealership again! More
