I wish I could rate them with no star at all! Pulled into the service drive and the employees were standing there fraternizing. One of them looked at me at threw his head up as to gesture “what’s up”, like w the service drive and the employees were standing there fraternizing. One of them looked at me at threw his head up as to gesture “what’s up”, like we’re friends and he’s not at work. So I sit there and wait to be acknowledged and nothing. I get out walk in and stood there for a minute in front of 3 employees and no one even said hello or how may we help you. Finally I walked up to an advisor and asked so they greet clients and she replied SOMETIMES! Like wow, really? Only needed an oil change and alignment and was there for about 4 hours or more. My advisor walked in from the shop and said my car was almost done, but I could clearly see it parked, done and unattended. I waited about 5 minutes and told her I seen my car just sitting then she decides to tell me it was done and she was doing the paperwork. Wouldn’t go back if the service was free!! Terrible customer Service and communication!! More

The worst treatment I have ever had from sales personnel. Was told one price and then offered another if I signed yesterday. They then showed me a different paper and acted like I was stupid. I think it’s great that you have the text feature to check on the status of your car in service, but if you never get a response once you text then you shouldn’t offer it. It just becomes very frustrating to the customer when they are trying to check on their car and no one responds. I just had to drive down 20 minutes before you closed to see if I could get my car. Then sat and waited for it. Was told it would be brought up but waited. Finally I noticed that it was parked in the back lot. I bring my car to the dealer for all maintenance but it seems like this car just became a money pit. Next visit will be over $2000 in repairs but the last time it was serviced nothing was noted, now all of a sudden $2000 worth. I felt like I was an inconvenience just dropping of my car. Didn’t seem like anyone wanted to be there working. I love my car and planed on keeping it but I think I may have to trade in for a different brand. It makes me sad. I always gave high praise about the car and chevy. Sorry I really wish this service could have been a positive experience. More
