I think it’s great that you have the text feature to check on the status of your car in service, but if you never get a response once you text then you shouldn’t offer it. It just becomes very frustrating to the customer when they are trying to check on their car and no one responds. I just had to drive down 20 minutes before you closed to see if I could get my car. Then sat and waited for it. Was told it would be brought up but waited. Finally I noticed that it was parked in the back lot. I bring my car to the dealer for all maintenance but it seems like this car just became a money pit. Next visit will be over $2000 in repairs but the last time it was serviced nothing was noted, now all of a sudden $2000 worth. I felt like I was an inconvenience just dropping of my car. Didn’t seem like anyone wanted to be there working. I love my car and planed on keeping it but I think I may have to trade in for a different brand. It makes me sad. I always gave high praise about the car and chevy. Sorry I really wish this service could have been a positive experience. More
