Took 3hrs instead of 1.5. Service rep had bad communication with myself and his technicians. My car sat ready for 30 min after I had advised the service rep that it was ready. I wish I could rate them with no star at all! Pulled into the service drive and the employees were standing there fraternizing. One of them looked at me at threw his head up as to gesture “what’s up”, like w the service drive and the employees were standing there fraternizing. One of them looked at me at threw his head up as to gesture “what’s up”, like we’re friends and he’s not at work. So I sit there and wait to be acknowledged and nothing. I get out walk in and stood there for a minute in front of 3 employees and no one even said hello or how may we help you. Finally I walked up to an advisor and asked so they greet clients and she replied SOMETIMES! Like wow, really? Only needed an oil change and alignment and was there for about 4 hours or more. My advisor walked in from the shop and said my car was almost done, but I could clearly see it parked, done and unattended. I waited about 5 minutes and told her I seen my car just sitting then she decides to tell me it was done and she was doing the paperwork. Wouldn’t go back if the service was free!! Terrible customer Service and communication!! More
