We got a quote on selling our car at Carmax, but we decided to see what Premier Chevy would give us! We met with sales rep Gabby who was very friendly and personable! I made an appointment to take my truck to service because I had a check engine light on and it was there in service for four days and when I went for my truck I had the check engine light off and when I drov I had a check engine light on and it was there in service for four days and when I went for my truck I had the check engine light off and when I drove for 20 minutes and arrived at work I turned off my truck and then I turned it on again and there was the light on again. My question is why it last 4 days More

My truck has same issues and service again and again but they justed telling me there is no error or any issues .they did change nee transmission and still have problems .i made a appointment 7/19 and when they justed telling me there is no error or any issues .they did change nee transmission and still have problems .i made a appointment 7/19 and when i called them 7/21 and service lady told me i will called you back before noon but she didnt and i call back her 1 1/2 hour and sorry but we have to checked and she told me i will called you back in 30 minutes but she didnt and call her back in 2hours later and sheās didnāt pick up the phone and 3 minutes later ahe dosent find out any issues of my truck ..come on !! Just check issues what is the problems and i takes 3days and i have to call and call back to reach the service whats going on ! This is not only time last time and still have same service never call back to customer! I m bery disappointing and all the dame services I will never visited this dealer at all.not fixing issues .they never called back to customer and promised More
Absolutely shady experience. I get a call from this dealership regarding an online inquiry that I had made for a Chevy bolt. I was told by the customer support person that there I get a call from this dealership regarding an online inquiry that I had made for a Chevy bolt. I was told by the customer support person that there was a bolt in stock and that I should come in TODAY to test drive it, and also speak with somebody in finance about lease versus finance options. I was given an appointment time and assured that someone will be there to assist me. I get to the dealership, on time to check-in. The sales person whom I spoke with was completely clueless to my appointment, had no idea what I was talking about, then proceeded to tell me they had no vehicles, specifically the bolt that I was inquiring about, and there were no bolt models to test drive. On top of that, there were no sales advisors to help me because they are ā busy with other clientsā and the wait would be significant. This sales person then goes to speak to somebody else in the back, then confirms I do have an appointment, and appears just as confused as I am in regards to where the miscommunication started. She then proceeds to tell me about available vehicles, and hereās the kicker, āThe Markupā because all dealerships are doing it - which I disagree because I personally purchased a vehicle with no markup three weeks ago and I was now just looking to lease a commuter vehicle. So again, I donāt really know what is going on here, why the lack of communication, but it appears to be some sort of scam for clients to be drawn into the dealership with false information so these sales advisors can sell you on available with markups because inventory is limited everywhere. My advice for any potential client of this dealership is to just stay away, there are other dealerships that are more honest, and theyāre not out to screw you over. Unfortunately this is probably some ploy this dealership has to gain clients to pressure you into a vehicle that you may not be necessarily wanting. Please make smart choices. - - - - Experiencia absolutamente sombría. Recibo una llamada de este concesionario con respecto a una consulta en línea que hice sobre un Chevy Bolt.
