I have been a loyal customer to Premier Chevrolet with buying two from them AND having both cars serviced there as well. I have been out of work for over a year now due to a work injury. I received an offer for a discounted oil change. So i felt relieved to bring my car in. Later to find out that the offer does not apply to my car, even though it says it does. So instead of paying what I thought would be maybe just over $100 with the promo, I'm told it's $240+. FOR AN OIL CHANGE! I literally felt my stomach drop! I was COMPLETELY knocked down by the crazy cost of an oil change. I cannot and will not be bringing my car back for routine oil changes anymore! Nor to any other dealership with it costing an arm and a leg for something so simple as an oil change. I used to do them all the time! I priced the parts(oil and filter) from an auto parts store and the filter sold for 15.99(Mobil 1). The oil, 0w-40 full synthetic Mobil 1 10 qts was $36.99 for 5 qt container. So two needed. That's $90+tax. I think I'll just change my own from now on! Sorry you lost my business for future service! More

I was referred to premium chevrolet by kbb who gave my car a rating and value. I was told they would be interested in buying my C8 corvette. After they inspected the car and found nothing wrong with it th car a rating and value. I was told they would be interested in buying my C8 corvette. After they inspected the car and found nothing wrong with it they offered me between 2k-3k less than kbb appraised it. My 2020 corvette had only 1850 miles and has always been garaged. The car is spotless and is primo. I told the salesman I would not sell them my car for the price they quoted. The gentleman said he would go to his manager to see if he could offer more. I asked how they would handle payment that I would like to have them wire the money to my bank. I told him once the funds were verified I would hand him the pink slip. He told me that he wouldn't do that. I, first would have to sign a sales slip and hand over the pink slip and car. Not until then would I get paid and that would be a check. I then told him that was unacceptable as he would have my signed over pink slip and my car and I would have a check, which i would have to deposit, wait till my bank has it cleared (which might be several days) to get my funds. I said this is not how I do business. It was one sided. I told him checks can be stopped plus it takes a while to clear. He told me they've been around years and not going anywhere. I then said first you offered less than kbb appraised value. Second you won't wire transfers funds and third you want me to give you my car, my pink slip and sign sales order giving you complete ownership of my car. I'll have only a piece of paper in check form, not even a cashiers, check to try and collect the cash. And need to wait for funds. I would not sell them my car under their conditions nor would I ever do business with them. I have a new corvette ordered and should be delivered next month and boy am I glad I didn't order thru premium. I read reviews for premium chevrolet and they are terrible. Stay away from this dealership folks. I would never ever do any business with them. I'm not new to buying and selling cars. I've owned 5 vettes and I have built and ordered my 6th. It's a 2023 Corvette C8. More
